New Year’s Digital Wellness: Finding balance with your devices 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6 at the library. Hands on workshop. In person, bring your device. No registration.

Gary Porter, author of Griff, My Life as Drake’s Top Dog 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13 at the library, as well as RFPL Facebook Live and YouTube. The story of a lovable bulldog’s time as the Drake University’s live mascot. Chapter2Books will be in the library selling books. No registration.

Sustainability Series: Climate Change and Sustainability, Pathways Ahead 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 31 in person at the First Congregation Church. Details about online viewing will be posted on our website at www.riverfall-spubliclibrary. org/libraryevents. html. Dr. Mark Seeley, Professor Emeritus, U of M Extension climatologist/meteorologist. No registration.

Youth Book Groups

Designated Tuesdays at 4 p.m. Stop in to reserve a spot and get a book. Three groups are available: Fourth and fifth grade, middle school and high school.

Winter Reading Bingo for Youth January through March Stop in the library to grab a Bingo card. Complete a Bingo and earn a free book!

Storytime

Registration starts on Dec. 27, call the library to reserve your spot. Storytime meets on Thursdays from Jan. 13 to March 10 and March 24 to May 19 at the library. Preschool: 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., Toddler: 2:30 p.m.
