PRESCOTT KIWANIS CLUB
STUDENT OF THE WEEK
Courtesy of Prescott School District
Prescott High School junior Lauryn Tchida is the Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week. She was nominated by teacher Dylan Larsen.
“From day one in my class, Lauryn has shown herself to be motivated and reflective in her work,” Larsen said. “Her insightful observations and dutiful introspection are a joy in group discussions. She regularly sets the standard for work ethic in my class. Watching her growth and hearing about her own self-reflection is heart-warming.”
Tchida is the daughter of Staci Connelly. She is an avid reader and loves her family, with whom she spends much of her time. She plans to travel immediately after graduation and is interested in a mental health counseling career.
