Jenna Hanson
Position: Work-Based
Learning/Youth Apprenticeship Outreach Coordinator,
RFHS Hometown: New Richmond College attended: UWStout (undergraduate degree in psychology); UW-River Falls (graduate degree in school counseling). This is my eighth year working for RFHS.
Hobbies/interests: I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I enjoy traveling and love the outdoors, especially the changing of the seasons. I listen to all genres of music and movies/series, especially while completing a puzzle or two! I am an all-sports fan, but I’m a Wisconsinite at heart, so I love all Wisconsin teams.
Family: I am originally from Somerset. I am married with two young children and we have two dogs, all who keep us very busy and full of laughs and love.
Why did you choose teaching as your profession? I thoroughly enjoy getting to know and building relationships with students and staff. I am passionate about having the opportunity to support students by helping them learn socialemotional skills they need to be successful, while also helping them explore and get excited about their futures.
