SPRING VALLEY –The annual tradition continues as the Community and Youth Choirs return to the Stagehands Theatre for two special performances of their holiday concert, “Let it Be Christmas.”
Inspired by the Alan Jackson song, “Let It Be Christmas,” this song and other favorites such as “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “White Christmas,” and “Silver Bells” will have audience members singing along and get you right into that holiday spirit! Community Choir Director Cindy Kongshaug is excited to be in her 28th year of directing the choir.
The Youth Choir, under the direction of Danielle Colbenson, is sure to melt your heart with its holiday cheer. The Youth Choir will perform “Jingle Bells,” “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” and other tunes, and then join with the adult choir on “Angels Among Us” and “Silent Night.”
Concerts will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec/ 7 and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students, and are available now at www.svstagehands.org Tickets can also be purchased at the door prior to the performance.
