In an effort to support Susan Crawford for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the River Falls branch of INDIVISIBLE held an event Saturday, March 15 called “Line Up For Susan” on Main Street in River Falls. More than 75 people came together to show and voice their support for Crawford and her agenda.
Despite the cold and wet weather, the group paraded from the River Falls Public Library to the corner of Main and Cascade and back. Several other people displayed their support by lining up at Veterans’ Park with their signs and enthusiasm. An information table was available at the park where buttons and cookies were on hand, as well as informed people to answer questions. The River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce “St. Pat’s Day Potato Soup Crawl” happening during the march made Downtown RF the place to be.
Another walk will be held in Support of Susan on March 29. To join the group or get more information, email at indivisible.rf2@gmail.com. You can also find us on Facebook by searching Indivisible River Falls.
