A force of nature and life of the party, Mary Anne Collins-Svoboda, 79, passed away July 7, 2023, with family and friends by her side. Mary Anne was an active fixture in her community for decades, as a business owner (Amish Country Quilts & Furniture), event planner, leader in promoting tourism, and volunteer. Throughout her life, Mary Anne loved travel, music, and fun times with family and friends.
Mary Anne is survived by her husband, Tim Svoboda, her daughters Tori (Kenny Hills) and Erica, stepdaughter Sonja Hall, and siblings Sheila (Chris Reisdorf), Jim (Maribeth Raullerson), Pat (Lucy McNellis), and Dan (Paula Collins). She was preceded in death by parents, Joe & Vi Collins, sister Jane, first husband Duane Brohaugh, and their daughter, Jenny.
A celebration of life will be held on Aug. 26, 2023, from 3-6 p.m., at the Village of Stockholm Park in Wisconsin.
