LA CROSSE ― Mayo Clinic Health System is accepting applications for its 2026 Impact Grant program, which provides competitive funding to support initiatives that address community and social drivers of health and improve the well-being of communities across Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Organizations may apply for grants ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 to support programs and projects that promote health and well-being throughout the Mayo Clinic Health System service area. Eligible proposals must align with local Community Health Needs Assessment priorities or demonstrate a meaningful impact on community health and quality of life.
Applications will be accepted until Sept. 30, 2026. Applications will be reviewed Oct. 1–31, with funding decisions announced Nov. 1.
