The next meeting of the Oak Grove town board will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the town hall, N4939 1100th St, 54021. AGENDA: 1) Call to order; roll call. 2) Prior minutes. 3) Brief Public Comments (no action). 4) Swanson CSM dividing parcel 020010460700 at N5305 1200th Street (54021). 5) 2023 budget amendments to reflect final Public Works revenues, transfer of reserve funds offsetting road bills. 6) Town Road striping; resident emails requesting centerline striping of 1100th Street north of 470th Ave./Trumpeter Valley. 7) Maintenance of the roadway segment off 1240th Street that is currently signed as private roadway 1220th Street. 8) Set time/date of January Town Caucus. 9) Election Inspectors (2024-2025). 10) Building Inspector’s monthly report, construction damage bonds. 11) Bills. 12) Treasurer’s monthly report. 13) Travel/training requests. 14) Roundtable: Officials exchange brief updates re projects in progress, outside meetings, correspondence, suggestions for next agenda. No formal action.15) Adjourn.
