The Plan Commission of the Town of Oak Grove will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2023, at the town hall, N4939 1100th St, 54021. Agenda: 1) Call to order; roll call. 2) Prior minutes. 3) Brief Public Comments (no action). 4) Request by Charlie VanDusartz to rezone parcel 020-01108-0400, an approx. 5-acre lot at W12187 State Hwy. 35 (54021) near the intersection of 1208th St. from Rural Residential 12 to Commercial zoning, with the intent of establishing a bar, pending land purchase. (Current business proposal described as seasonal outdoor bar primarily for motorcycle traffic. Beer/wine licenses to be requested separately.) 5) Adjourn.
