Chippewa Valley Technical College
Chippewa Valley Technical College has announced that River Falls native Lauren Ziebarth is this year’s AAUW R F (American Association of University Women) scholarship winner. She is the seventh recipient of this award and is enrolled in the Nursing Associate Degree Program at CVTC.
Students are selected who are currently enrolled in an Associate Degree program with six credits at the time of application. In addition to financial need, they must be a continuing student with 12 or more credits and have a 2.0 GPA. Preferences are given to residents of St. Croix or Pierce Counties.
AAUW RF supports this scholarship with the proceeds of its Annual Book Sale which is held each fall.

MADISON The University of Wisconsin Madison has recognized students named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester of the2021-2022 academic year.
Students who achieve at a high level academically are recognized by the dean at the close of each semester. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Each university school or college sets its own GPA requirements for students to be eligible to receive the distinction. RIPON – Ripon College has announced its Dean’s List for the spring 2022 semester, recognizing academic excellence. To qualify for the Dean’s List at Ripon College, students must achieve a 3.40 grade point average or higher on a 4.00 scale and complete at least12 credits of regular letter-graded work.
Caleb Boelter, a class of 2025 Ripon College student from Hager City, was named to the spring 2022 Dean’s List.
Milwaukee School of Engineering
MILWAUKEE – Maxwell Siewert, from Ellsworth, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Dean’s List for the2022 Spring Quarter. Siewert is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) are on the Dean’s List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive “high honors.”
Wisconsin Lutheran College
MILWAUKEE – April Pabst, of Ellsworth, graduated cum laude with a Bach elor of Arts degree in Music from Wisconsin Lutheran College, a private Christian college grounded in the liberal arts and located on the border of Milwaukee and Wauwatosa.

Marquette University
MILWAUKEE The following students have been named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2022 semester at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
To make the Dean’s List, students must have earned at least 12 credits for the spring2021 semester and have no disqualifying grades. The GPA threshold varies by college for the College of Education and the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences, undergraduate students must have at least a 3.7 to be named to the Dean’s List.
The undergraduate GPA requirement is 3.5 for the following colleges: the Diederich College of Communication, the College of Business Administration, the College of Health Sciences, the Opus College of Engineering and the College of Nursing. All other programs have a 3.75 GPA minimum.

UW Oshkosh OSHKOSH University of Wisconsin Oshkosh officials have released the names of students who qualified for the Dean’s List and Honor Roll in spring 2022 across its three campuses (Fond du Lac, Fox Cities and Oshkosh).
The term grade point average (GPA) requirement for University Honor Roll is 3.3; the term GPA requirement for Dean’s List is3.75 out of a possible 4.0.
To qualify, a student must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits. There can be no individual grades below a “C” and no incomplete or non-reported grades at the time the process is run.
