“We last increased the single copy price of our newspapers 18 years ago,” said Publisher John McLoone. “We’ve worked to expand our newspapers, and most neighboring papers now cost $2 or above on the newsstand. We’re working hard to make this a great local newspaper, and we appreciate the support we receive from our customers and the community.'
