Winners will receive a commemorative poster for display in their business, along with bragging rights until the 'Best of 2022' voting takes place next year. This is a fantastic marketing opportunity for each of you!,” a statement from the Ellsworth Chamber reads.

Kim Beebe of the Ellsworth Chamber Executive Team said the awards are a way to shine a spotlight on businesses who worked so hard last year. The theme of this years’ awards banquet is “Superheroes unmasked – Celebrating the hero in all of us.”

“We chose the theme for this year’s Best of Awards and Awards Banquet to celebrate our heroic local businesses who have faced so much adversity over the past year,” said Beebe.

“This is a great way for the community to show their support after a tough time in business.”

Superheroes unite! The events of the past several months have turned ordinary business people into business superheroes. Join us as we recognize and celebrate the superheroes that do business among us, and the good they do to make our business community better for all!

Proving that our community is stronger than kryptonite, our 'Best of 2021 Awards' will be named. And since not all superheroes wear capes, we'll also honor our Small Business, Large Business, and Community Leader of the Year for their service, accomplishments, and heroic efforts.

Our silent auction will be back in an online format beginning Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Watch for more details coming soon! The fancy Dessert Auction will also take place online. Five gorgeous cakes and/or desserts will be on the auction block. Get ready to place your bids or partner up with other colleagues or companies to increase your bidding power. Dessert winners will be announced during the virtual program and the Ellsworth Chamber Ambassadors will hit the road on Tuesday, March 23 to deliver the desserts and party packs to the winning bidders.
