The meeting was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. but was not called to order until 6:09 p.m. by Vice President Katie Feuerhelm due to weather conditions. Julie Lundstrom was appointed as the delegate to the WASB Convention held in Milwaukee on January 18-20, 2023. Michael Petersen was appointed as the alternate delegate.

Discussion was held regarding the proposed 2022-2023 school board meeting dates. Motion was made by Susan Beck, seconded by Gary Kressin to approve the dates as listed with the location changed from the Ellsworth Elementary School Community room to the Ellsworth High School Cafeteria. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Julie Lundstrom, seconded by Kurt Buckner. Motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
