TOWN OF MARTELL Regular Meeting

The next regular monthly meeting of the Martell Town Board will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at the Martell Town Hall located at W5581 800th Avenue, Spring Valley, WI 54767. The CDC and Pierce County are recommending all people wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status due to the high level of covid cases in Pierce County. The agenda includes approve minutes from previous meeting; treasurer’s report; payment of bills; discuss road work; employee’s report; discuss maintenance and repair issues; discuss and approve driveway permits; Read correspondence; set date for next meeting; and open for discussion. At the conclusion dscuss o t t e co c us o of the regular board meeting, there will be a public hearing on the proposed 2022 budget. At the completion of the public budget hearing, there will be a meeting of the town electors to adopt the 2021levy to be paid in 2022. 4) Thorsen CUP: Discuss/take action on request by Pamela and Richard Thorsen for a Conditional Use Permit allowing an Accessory Residence at W12034 497th Ave., (54021), PID 020-01117-0400. Town recommendation to Pierce Co.

WNAXLP 11 4 Town of Diamond Bluff Notice of Town Board Meeting The Town Board of the Town of Diamond Bluff, Pierce County, Wisconsin, hereby provides notice and agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Diamond Bluff for Thursday, November 11th, 2021 at 7:00PM at the Diamond Bluff Town Hall. The public may provide comments to the town board if the presid- ing of cer notes on the agenda and upon recognition a period of public comments.

Following the monthly meeting there will be a A PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed budget for the Town of Diamond Bluff. All persons are encouraged to attend this hearing and be heard.

Following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed budget, a special town meeting of the electors pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statues by the Town board will be held to approve the 2021 Town tax levy to be paid in 2022 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of WI Statutes and to approve the total highway expenditures for 2022 pursuant to Sec. 82.03(2) of WI Statutes.
