The sounds of Christmas, country music and plenty of laughter will come together when the Ozark Jubilee brings its Branson Country Christmas show to the stage this holiday season. The production promises a mix of familiar Christmas favorites, new musical selections and comedy, along with a special tribute honoring the nation's veterans.

Traveling from Branson, Missouri, the Ozark Jubilee features a cast of entertainers bringing a new Christmas production to audiences this year. Organizers say the show includes new music, fresh jokes and comedy routines, while maintaining the musical talent and family-friendly entertainment that have become hallmarks of the production.

A major part of this year's program will be dedicated to recognizing veterans and thanking them for their service. The special tribute is intended to honor those who have served in the military while giving audience members an opportunity to share in that recognition. The patriotic portion of the show will be paired with the music and humor that make up the rest of the evening's entertainment.

One of the featured performers is Doofus Doolittle, a comedian and accomplished fiddler who combines musical talent with a distinctive style of humor. Doolittle will bring a new collection of jokes and comedy routines to the stage, along with fiddle and violin performances that showcase another side of his entertainment abilities.

Doolittle will also take audiences on a trip through country comedy history, paying tribute to performers who helped shape the genre. His routines will recognize entertainers including Archie Campbell, Stringbean and Minnie Pearl, whose humor became familiar to generations of country music fans. Having performed with several well-known entertainers during his career, Doolittle will also share stories from those experiences.

The second half of the program will focus entirely on Christmas music, offering a mix of traditional holiday standards and more contemporary selections. Familiar songs such as "Silent Night" and "White Christmas" will be among the classics featured during the performance, giving audiences opportunities to enjoy music that has become part of their holiday traditions.

Beyond the familiar melodies, the production will also emphasize the meaning of Christmas through its combination of music, comedy and a holiday message. Organizers describe the show as an opportunity for families and friends to enjoy an evening together while celebrating the season.

With its blend of country entertainment, Christmas traditions and recognition of veterans, the Ozark Jubilee aims to offer something for audience members of different generations. Whether attending for the music, the comedy or the patriotic tribute, guests can expect a holiday program designed to bring both laughter and heartfelt moments to the stage.

The Branson Country Christmas production combines the spirit of the holidays with a celebration of the entertainers and traditions that have made country music a favorite for decades.
