LETTERS to the Editor
To the editor,
I have known Alison Page for over 20 years and am pleased to endorse her for Wisconsin Assembly in District 93. Alison and I are graduates of the Master’s Program in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota. We both served as hospital administrators; Alison was CEO of the Bald- win Hospital (Western Wisconsin Health). I was the CEO of the Hudson Hospital (Health Partners).
She is truly a remarkable leader with outstanding skills. She guided WW Health to a beautiful, progressive and innovative health campus. She has attracted a very capable stau of physicians, nurses and other well- trained healthcare professionals. WW Health has improved the access to care for many people and has developed a remarkable Birth Care center.
Healthcare is not the only endeavor that has advanced under Alison’s leadership and talent. She was president of the River Falls School Board for many years. The Fami- ly Resource Center also benefited from her leadership, as did the University of Minnesota Alumni Association, where she served as President. Alison Page will make a great con- tribution to state government. I am confident that she will make wise choices for our state and district. Please vote for her on Nov. 8.
John W. Marnell Hudson
