Nolan Pechacek of Prescott is the Wisconsin State Champion in the 9-year-old Punt, Pass and Kick competition. Pechacek won the local contest in Prescott, the diocesan level in Royal, and the state competition in Eau Claire. He is the son of Oak Grove residents Jon and Steph Pechacek.
