PRESCOTT – Prescott High School seniors for the 21st time traveled to Lac du Flambeau this past weekend. The group included Malia Cook, Rebecca Heinze, Delia Warp, Tessa Schmidt, Evelyn Nance, Ashley Keller and Claire Schommer.
Led by social studies teacher Jeu Ryan, 391 Prescott graduates have traveled to Lac du Flambeau to learn about the history, culture, treaty rights, and lifeways of this Wisconsin First Nations Community.

Tribal member, educator, and vice president of the Wisconsin Indian Education Association Brian Jackson was the group’s tour guide during the weekend.
