Ashley Nichole Bougie, 37, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a domestic disorderly conduct charge June 14. A pre-trial conference is set for 2 p.m. July 13.

Michael James Swanson, 42, Prescott, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on an operating a commercial motor vehicle without a license – Wisconsin resident charge June 15. A pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. July 12.

Mitchel Jack Swinburne, 31, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge June 7. A pre-trial conference is set for 8:30 a.m. July 27.

Nathan Joel Titus, 31, Lake City, Minn., pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge June 11. A status conference is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. Aug. 27.

Michael John Weiss, 30, Elmwood, was convicted of OWI-third June 8, sentenced to 125 days in jail (65 days stayed), fined $1,744 and ordered to complete an alcohol assessment. His driver’s license was revoked for two years, after which time he must install an ignition interlock device for two years. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed.

Amanda Kristine Ziebarth, 32, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond on two felony bail jumping charges June 15. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 4 p.m. June 22.

Closed cases David Joseph Andrle, 36, address not listed, was convicted of felony sex registry violation and fined $518 June 2.

Dante K. Barbee, 22, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $443 June 7. Barbee pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a theft – movable property charge. Possession of THC and unlawful phone use – threaten with obscenity charges were dismissed.

Criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct charges against

Igor V. Barbosa, 25, Vero Beach, Fla., were dismissed June 15 after $1,000 in restitution was paid.

William Ernesto Barillas, 55, Ellsworth, was convicted of possession of THC and fined $277.80 May 27.

Paul Maurice Crosby, 63, Prescott, was convicted of operate firearm while intoxicated, sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs May 3. The charge was filed Aug. 8, 2019.

Nathan Robert Forrest, 23, Eagan, Minn., was convicted of criminal damage to property, fined $443 and ordered to pay $844 in restitution May 28. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

Shawn Harris Goplen, 37, Stanley Correctional Facility, was convicted of felony take and drive vehicle without consent, sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision (concurrent with Barron and Dunn County cases), and fined $342 June 14. A felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer charge was dismissed. The charges were filed Oct. 22, 2020.

Bruce Rodney Hanson, 62, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of OWI-third June 7, sentenced to 165 days in jail (with 65 days stayed if he completes the IDIP program successfully), fined $1,744 and ordered to complete an alcohol assessment. His driver’s license was revoked for two years, after which time he must install an ignition interlock device for two years. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed.

Hugh M. Harrison, 51, Hudson, was noncriminal disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 June 4.

Robert Wayne Hunter, 57, River Falls, was convicted of non-criminal disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 May 28.

Bridget J. Kelly, 53, Ellsworth, was convicted of non-criminal disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 May 28.

A felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm charge against Bailey Joseph Langer, 23, Prescott, was dismissed without prejudice May 13. The charge stemmed from an incident at a River Falls bar.

A felony theft – business setting charge against Erick L. Langer, 46, Ellsworth, was dismissed June 10 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge was filed Jan. 22, 2019.

Zachary J. Larson, 22, Dodge Correctional Facility, Waupun, was convicted of obstructing an officer and fined $277.80 May 6. The charge was filed Oct. 31, 2019.

James Myron Leonard, 27, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony receiving stolen property (> $10,000), felony possess firearm – convicted of felony, felony possession of methamphetamine and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) April 27, sentenced to five years of probation, ordered to complete Drug Court and fined $543. Possession of THC, two operate without valid license and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed.

Erik M. Madland, 25, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs May 11. The charge stemmed from an incident at No Name Saloon in Prescott.

Brent Kenneth Marek, 38, Spring Valley, was convicted of resisting/obstructing an officer and resisting/failing to stop, sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay court costs June 7. The charges were filed Sept. 19, 2020.

Matthew Dean Martinson, 51, Hager City, was convicted of criminal damage to property, sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs May 17. A felony second degree recklessly endangering safety charge was dismissed. The charges were filed March 13, 2020.

Gene Arthur Albert Mueller, 38, Lake Elmo, Minn., was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer, sentenced to one year probation, ordered to perform 40 hours of community service and write an apology letter to EMS, and fined $443 June 8. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

David Joseph Okeson, 52, St. Paul, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) June 9. Felony aggravated battery – intend bodily harm (domestic abuse) and felony bail jumping charges were dismissed. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. July 1.

Anthony Russell Reynolds Para, 30, River Falls, was convicted of two disorderly conduct charges, sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs May 19. Three felony bail jumping charges and one resisting or obstructing an officer charge were dismissed. He was also sentenced May 19 to three years of probation (concurrent) and ordered to pay court costs stemming from a Dec. 3, 2018 conviction for felony threat or battery to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer.

A felony interfere with custody – after custody order charge against Adam Wayne Pavel, 33, Ellsworth, was dismissed May 21 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge was filed March 27, 2019.

Alisa M. Price, 40, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs/fines May 3. A battery charge was dismissed.

Daniel Philip Ries, 39, Cottage Grove, Minn., was convicted of non-criminal disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 June 1.

Ian Rumeliote, 43, Eagan, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and two knowingly violate a domestic abuse order – injunction charges, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $1,077 June 7. Disorderly conduct and five misdemeanor bail jumping charges were dismissed.

Samantha Diane Sampair, 27, Goodhue, Minn., was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay court costs May 3. Possession of THC and misdemeanor bail jumping charges were dismissed.

A battery charge against Kevin D. Schaar, 42, River Falls, was dismissed May 14 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge was filed Dec. 10, 2019.

Tony Howard Schilling, 49, Ridgeland, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer charge May 3. He was also fined $358. An operate motorcycle without valid license charge was dismissed.

Kilie G. Wood, 25, Spring Valley, was convicted of intentional fail/provide food for animal and four intentional imp – animal shelter/sanitation charges, sentenced to three years of probation, fined $267 per charge, ordered to pay $970 in restitution plus a 10 percent surcharge on one count, and prohibited from owning or possessing any animals June 1. Misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct, three intentional imp – animal shelter/ventilation, two intentional fail/provide food for animal, four intentional imp – animal shelter/sanitation charges were read in but dismissed. The charges were filed Dec. 23, 2019 and Aug. 12, 2020.

Felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), battery and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges against William Dwight Zobel, 44, Evansdale, Iowa, were dismissed upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement May 6. The charges were filed Jan. 1 2020.
