43, Apple Valley, Minn., pleaded innocent and posted a $5,000 signature bond on battery, disorderly conduct, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, resisting or obstructing an officer and possess drug paraphernalia charges May 10. A pre-trial conference is set for 2:30 p.m. June 29.

Dallas Lee Cargill, 45, Hager City, pleaded innocent and posted a $10,000 signature bond on misdemeanor bail jumping, battery and disorderly conduct charges May 14. A status conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. June 26.

Alexander Vinton Figi,

32, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping, and two felony bail jumping charges May 10. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. June 10.

Geordan Daniel Godwin,

29, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony strangulation and suffocation and felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm charges May 12. A preliminary hearing is set for 4 p.m. May 24.

Cassy Marie Hoven, 35, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,500 signature bond on a theft – movable property charge May 12. A pre-trial conference is set for 11 a.m. June 22.

Rachel Elizabeth Hutcheson, 22, Prescott, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) and possess drug paraphernalia charges May 11. A pre-trial conference is set for 1:30 p.m. June 22.

Cristal Joy Knuth, 38, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge May 10. A pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. June 22.

Toni Marie Mendez, 52, St. Louis Park, Minn., was order to pay $500 cash bail on felony theft – movable property and criminal damage to property charges May 12. A plea/sentencing hearing is set for 11 a.m. June 24.

James Norman Olson,

42, River Falls, posted a $25,000 signature bond on felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer; felony possession methamphetamine, and resisting or obstructing an officer charges May 10. A preliminary hearing is set for 11 a.m. June 15.

Isaac Dean Phillips, 23, Boyceville, was convicted of criminal trespass to dwelling and two resist officer – substantial bodily harm / soft tissue injury charges April 27, sentenced to four years of probation and one month of home detention and ordered to pay court costs and $100 in restitution. Resisting or obstructing an officer, felony attempt battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, and two felony bail jumping charges were dismissed.

Tanner Steven Pierce, 31, Menomonie, pleaded innocent and posted a $10,000 signature bond on two neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) charges May 10. A pre-trial conference is set for 10 a.m. June 10.

Kaitlyn Marie Sundquist, 23, River Falls, was convicted of OWI-second April 27, sentenced to 10 days of electric home monitoring, fined $1,429 and ordered to install an ignition interlock device for one year after a one-year driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed.

Amanda Hope Wadena,

33, St. Paul, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of THC charges May 12. A status conference is set for 11:15 a.m. June 22.
