Matthew Joseph Koderick, 29, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of OWI-second, sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $1,681, and ordered to install an ignition interlock device for three years following a 16month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC charge was dismissed.
A $10,000 signature bond was reinstated May 27 for Andrew Scott Langley, 24, Menomonie, on felony strangulation and suffocation, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. July 8.
Jacilynn Kay Lassell, 31, Durand, posted a $10,000 signature bond on a felony bail jumping charge May 24. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. June 8.
