Christopher David Longsdorf, 23, Maiden Rock, was charged Jan. 21 with OWI (2nd), Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content (2nd) and Operating While Revoked. An initial appearance is set for Feb. 1.
John Edward Thunderhawk, 43, Red Wing, MN, was charged Jan. 20 with OWI (2nd) and Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Content (2nd). An initial appearance is Feb. 1.
