June 21

•At 9:32 a.m., police arrested someone on a St. Croix County warrant at 414 W. Main St. and took them to Pierce County Jail.

•At 10:36 a.m., police were notified of a sink hole on 250th Avenue in Hager City. A deputy marked the hole with orange paint. It was not considered a road hazard at that point.

•Deputies responded to Pierce County Jail at 11:28 a.m. to assisted Prescott police with bringing in a subject.

•At 1:43 p.m., an Ellsworth resident turned in an old firearm to the PCSO that he no longer wanted.

•At 2 p.m., a Hager City resident reported the Pioneer Press cold call employees renewed his subscription without his consent. He was told to call the Pioneer Press, explain the situation and request his subscription remain closed with a $4.80 refund. He seemed satisfied with the advice.

•At 2:56 p.m., a Hager City woman reported that her neighbor continuously drives about the posted 35 mph limit on 230th Avenue. Police attempted to contact the neighbor with no success.

•At 3:33 p.m., deputies reported to the jail to assist with an uncooperative inmate.

•At 4:52 p.m., deputies received a call from an anonymous complainant who said he had been confronted by a landowner and harassed at W4002 570th Ave., Ellsworth. The landowner, upon contact, had a much different story about trespassing. The owner did not want to pursue the matter.

•At 7:13 p.m., deputies responded to the jail where an inmate was self-harming. The inmate was later taken to a mental health facility.

June 22

•Police were sent at 12:51 a.m. to Highway 63/825th Street South in Hager City for an intoxicated person walking along the road. Officers did not locate the person.

•At 2:46 a.m., police went to N3198 875th St., Hager City, to help with an unwanted person. They gave the person a courtesy ride to a friend’s house.

•A stolen motorcycle was reported at 6:43 a.m. at N9652 940th St., River Falls.

•At 7:16 a.m., a caller told police a man who rents a 10acre parcel near him has been crossing another landowner’s land to access it, on County Road CC, Maiden Rock. The renter was told to no longer cross the other landowner’s property.

•At 8:59 a.m., police took a theft report of five wire coils from an electrical box at 130th Street and 430th Avenue, Plum City.

•Police responded at 5:03 p.m. to N8764 1025th St., River Falls, for a domestic argument. Neither party wanted to provide statements. They agreed to separate.

•At 6:51 p.m., a man at N1360 Katie Lane, Bay City, called and said he dislocated his shoulder and would go by personal vehicle to the hospital.

•A cow was on the loose at 8:01 p.m. near 564th Avenue and County Road QQ, Prescott. The neighbors located it and secured it in a pasture.

•At 8:09 p.m., a complainant called and reported a possible abused dog at her neighbor’s house on 170th Avenue in Bay City. The dog has run over to her house, so she brought it back to its house. Police checked the dog, who appeared fine. The owner was told to keep the dog on a leash and on his property.

•At 11:25 p.m., jail staff reported a possibly intoxicated woman who had been in the jail lobby. She left in a vehicle. Police tried to find her but could not.

June 23

•At 8:19 a.m., police responded to N3474 943rd St., Hager City, where a complainant said her neighbor threatened her dog. All parties were told to cease contact with each other.

•At 4:16 p.m., police spoke with a complainant at W10505 860th Ave., River Falls, about an unknown person putting bleach in his tractor.

•At 4:28 p.m., a caller advised that while fishing on the dock in Bay City, he and a friend had been joking around with a boater. They told him they were going to hook his boat, in a joking way. The boater apparently threatened to come onto the dock and drown them, but then left. The fisherman wanted the incident documented.

•Police responded at 6:17 p.m. to 625 First St., Plum City, to help a couple identify the VIN number on their camper.

•At 8:15 p.m., officers received a report of juveniles allegedly trying to break into an abandoned farmhouse at N6758 County Road O, Ellsworth. Police were unable to locate them.

•At 8:16 p.m., a caller reported a woman walking out in front of a semi at 760th Street and Highway 10, Ellsworth. The woman was not found.

June 24

•At 12:07 a.m., police were called to W6265 Highway 63, Ellsworth, for suspicious headlights in the neighboring field. The headlights were from farm equipment.

•Police located a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of the parking lot at 2:52 a.m. at N1620 County Road VV, Hager City. The vehicle appeared to be disabled.

•Police located a suspicious vehicle parked at N1895 830th St., Hager City at 2:58 a.m. The officer walked through the rock quarries but found no one.

•Police responded at 4:04 a.m. to W6534 Carson St., Bay City, for a report of several people on a roof. No one was found.

•At 5:37 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious person standing in a field near 780th Avenue and Highway 63, Spring Valley. No one was found.

•At 8:43 a.m., police responded to 290th Avenue/ County Road O for a crossing arm malfunction that struck a vehicle. The vehicle had no damage. Burlington Northern Santa Fe responded to fix the crossing arm.

•At 12:40 p.m., police assisted owners at with loose Brown Swiss cows at County Road DD and Highway 10, Ellsworth.

•At 6:54 p.m, a caller requested extra patrol on 965th Street in River Falls after baseball games. The caller said people are speeding.

•At 8:57 p.m., deputies assisted with a fight in progress at 1220 St. Croix St., Prescott.

•At 10:52 p.m., police responded to 320th Avenue/Highway 35, Hager City, for a deer with major injuries. It was dispatched.

June 25

•Deputies assisted River Falls police with a bar fight at 1:53 a.m. at 110 S. Main St.

•At 5:34 a.m., deputies assisted Prescott police with a possible sexual assault interview at Broad and Orange streets.

•At 6:34 a.m., police found a woman walking down the middle of 710th Street near Ellsworth who was not making sense. She couldn’t tell police where she came from or where she was going. She was taken to Red Wing Hospital voluntarily.

•At 4:13 p.m., deputies received a report of a vehicle that ran out of gas at 110th Street/190th Avenue, Plum City. The vehicle apparently had five children inside. The vehicle was not located.

•Police responded at 4:37 p.m. to W6856 490th Ave., Ellsworth, for an unwanted person. The parties were separated for the evening.

•Police were called at 4:50 p.m. to Park and Chester streets in Maiden Rock, where a vehicle was driving aggressively and kicking up gravel in a parking lot. The drivers said they were making a YouTube video. They were warned for their driving.

June 26

•Deputies assisted Prescott police at 117 Broad St. as requested at 2:05 a.m. and again at 2:42 a.m.

•At 5:24 a.m., police were informed of loose cows in the road at 170th Street and Highway 29, Spring Valley. The owners were notified.

•At 12:06 p.m., police were summoned to W12166 820th Ave., River Falls for a 911 hang up call. A woman said she swung her golf club, hit her watch, which called 911.

June 27

•Deputies assisted Prescott police at 1:20 a.m. in attempting to locate a person at 725 Shane Park Circle who had fled from a motor vehicle crash.

•Deputies assisted Prescott police at 2:27 a.m. at 145 Broad St.

•A complainant called in a baby stroller on the side of the road at 8:13 p.m. at 1208th Street and Highway 35, Prescott. Police located it and it had a “free” sign on it.

•Police responded at 8:28 p.m. to N2336 County Road U, Plum City, for a one-vehicle rollover with injury. EMS transported the driver to the hospital. The driver was cited for operating without a valid license.

•Police responded at 8:30 p.m. to N5734 County Road QQ, Prescott, for ATV crash with injury.

•Police were sent to a fireworks complaint at 8:01 p.m. at Main Street and May Avenue in Elmwood. The resident had the proper fireworks documentation.

•At 11:21 p.m., police responded to 431st Avenue and County Road C, Ellsworth, for a vehicle that struck a dog. The dog died and the owners were notified.
