The following incidents were reported to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office May 10-17.

May 10

•Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at 11:39 a.m. at 770th Avenue and 988th Street near River Falls. One driver was cited for passing at an intersection.

• Andy Gene Nelson reported at 2:32 p.m. that he had been involved in a minor accident on the Gas Lite property at W8941 Highway 10, Ellsworth.

•A complainant called police at 8:20 p.m. from W10322 Highway 29, River Falls, to report people are driving through his planted field near a bridge that is under construction. Police gave him a list of options.

•A business owner reported juveniles trespassing on his property at 8:37 p.m. at N8230 945th St., River Falls. The owner is concerned for their safety and wanted them warned.

May 11

•A complainant reported two Trek 7300 bikes stolen at 10:18 a.m. from N929 825th St., Hager City. One is a women’s green and gold bike, the other is a men’s blue and Navy blue bike. There are no suspects.

•Police were called at 9:02 p.m. by a man who said his neighbor had heard someone by his shed, at W11210 620th Ave., Prescott. Police checked the property and found everything to be secure.

•Deputies responded to a car vs. deer crash at 9:06 p.m. at N6240 Highway 65, Beldenville.

May 12

•A caller reported a deer vs. car crash at 5:11 a.m. at county roads H and S near Maiden Rock.

•Deputies observed tracks going into the ditch from what appeared to be an accident at 7:35 a.m. at 650th Avenue and Highway 65, Beldenville. No vehicle was on the scene and no damage was found. A front bumper and license plate were found.

•At 10:56 a.m., a woman walking her dog on 648th Avenue, Prescott, reported that when a neighbor drove by, the neighbor’s dog jumped out of the vehicle and attacked her dog. Her dog had debilitating injuries.

•A caller reported a sick animal in his yard at 3:19 p.m. at N5507 760th St., Ellsworth. When police arrived, the animal had already left.

•At 6:49 p.m., police pulled a vehicle over at 1170th Street and Highway 10 near Prescott for loud exhaust and no license plates. An underage passenger admitted to drinking. A parent was called and confirmed the story. Underage drinking laws were explained to the parent and child. The driver took the child home.

•Police responded at 7:24 p.m. to W8945 Highway 10, Ellsworth, for a hit and run. The suspect allegedly threatened the caller at the scene and later rolled his vehicle in a separate incident.

•Police responded to a vehicle rollover at 8:42 p.m. at 640th Avenue and 950th Street, Ellsworth. The suspect attempted to tow the vehicle from the scene and later fled.

•A caller reported an intoxicated person laying in the road at 10:13 p.m. at 1090th Street and County Road FF, River Falls. Police could find no one in the area.

May 13

•Police observed a vehicle parked in the back corner of a parking lot at 1:08 a.m. at N3298 County Road CC, Maiden Rock with two people inside. The driver admitted he had sneaked out to see his girlfriend and she admitted she sneaked out too. Police tried to call the girl’s parents, but could not leave a voicemail. The boy was ordered to take the girl home immediately. Police planned to follow up with the girl’s parents.

•A deputy removed an injured animal from the roadway at 2:51 a.m. at 690th Avenue and County Road J, Beldenville.

•Deputies were called at 5:07 a.m. to W7726 Highway 10, Ellsworth, for a suspicious vehicle complaint. A person turned out to be having transmission problems. Police gave the driver a courtesy ride to Red Wing.

•Police responded to a domestic incident at 6:05 a.m. at W3521 Highway 35, Maiden Rock. The parties were separated.

•A man reported concerns at 10:31 a.m. about a woman allegedly living out of her car at the end of 831st Street in Hager City. He requested extra patrol. He is concerned about trash being dumped in the area and things being stolen.

•A woman called police at 11:15 a.m. to ask why a deputy had been at her residence in Ellsworth looking for her son. No deputies had been to the residence nor were they looking for her son.

•Deputies investigated a barking dog complaint at 3:21 p.m. at W5374 799th Ave., Spring Valley. Police heard no barking until they stopped in front of the dogs’ enclosure. The complainant was told to call the town chair.

•A group of juveniles allegedly started a fire accidentally at 4:39 p.m. at the Bay City Village Playground. The fire department was able to put the fire out and the juveniles were located.

•Deputies responded at 5:07 p.m. to W5098 690th Ave., Beldenville, for a tractor vs. power pole crash. Pierce Pepin was called to repair the power pole.

•Police assisted EMS at 9:09 p.m. to S211 McKay Ave., Spring Valley, where an intoxicated man fell on the sidewalk and hit his head.

•Police responded at 10:34 a.m. to a farm field near 130th Avenue and 545th Street near Bay City where a vehicle was located. Contact was made with the vehicle’s registered owner, who said he was “grooming the corn field.”

May 14

•Police responded at 12:10 a.m. to N1090 825th St., Hager City, where a caller reported a vehicle was driving by the business and “spotlighting” patrons. No one was located.

•Two people were arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and battery after police were called at 1:53 a.m. to W9858 290th Ave., Hager City, for a reported assault.

•Police were called at 9:25 a.m. to W6538 Market St., Bay City, for a vehicle parked in the campground playing loud music. The driver said he was going fishing and would turn down the music.

•At 12:36 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious black Dodge Durango with four men inside trespassing on 150th Avenue in Hager City. Police interviewed neighbors and stopped at the complainant’s address, who did not answer the door. No one was found.

•A man was cited for operating after revocation after deputies were called at 4:15 p.m. to 690th Avenue and 720th Street, Beldenville, where a caller reported the man had parked in a field driver and waled into the woods. The man said he had broken down.

•Police were called about a trespassing complaint at 6:49 p.m. at W1246 490th Ave., Elmwood. A caller said the neighbor was mowing on her property, near the ditch. The neighbor said he has been having issues with the neighbor.

•While patrolling at 10:02 p.m. near County Road AA and Highway 35 near Stockholm, a deputy saw a suspicious vehicle. He checked the area on foot and found a man and woman arguing while camping. They said it was only verbal.

May 15

•At 3:43 a.m., police, fire and EMS responded to N1299 825th St., Hager City, where a caller said a vehicle was in the river. The vehicle was empty and a person called police and said the vehicle’s occupants had left the scene. The driver was later contacted and cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and failure to report an accident.

•Police came upon a white Dodge Caravan at 5:52 a.m. parked on 395th Street near 390th Street near Maiden Rock. An adult woman and a girl were inside sleeping, but appeared to be camping. The deputy did not wake them.

•Deputies assisted Ellsworth police at 9:16 a.m. at 146 E. Main St. with a man found on the ground not responding. When he woke up, he was combative.

•A complainant had his passenger window broken out of his vehicle and items stolen, reported at 2:34 p.m. at N1299 825th St., Hager City.

•Police responded at 6:27 p.m. to N1620 County Road VV, Hager City, for an assault that previously occurred. Photos and statements were collected.

May 16

•Police stood by at 8:07 a.m. at N6020 870th St., Ellsworth, while family members loaded items onto a trailer. The deputy advised the parties to seek legal counsel before disturbing their father’s remains.

•A car vs. deer crash was reported at 11:45 a.m. at county road F and FF, River Falls.

•Police responded at 11:48 a.m. to W8155 County Road J, Beldenville, where a neighbor reported hearing screaming coming from the woods. The homeowner said nothing was going on.

•A caller reported the theft of a concrete bull from her front yard at 4:01 p.m. at W4951 330th Ave., Ellsworth. There are no suspects.

May 17

•Police assisted River Falls police at 12:15 a.m. with a possible domestic incident at 909 W. Division St. A woman had fled on foot but was found a short time later.

•A man reported two hound dogs missing at 8:04 a.m. at W8604 440th Ave., Ellsworth.

•A woman reported missing dogs at 8:15 a.m. at W5751 610th Ave., Beldenville.
