March 1 2:12 a.m.
Cows were reported in the roadway near the intersection of 290th Ave. and Cty. Tk. D in Bay City. The owner was contacted and was able to get the cows back.
5:22 a.m.
Deputies were dispatched near the intersection of Cty. Tk. E and Hwy. 10 in Prescott. The driver went into the ditch, causing damage.
5:32 a.m.
A deer was dispatched after being hit by a car on Hwy. 128 in Spring Valley.
9:32 a.m.
A driver was stopped for passing in a no passing zone near the intersection of Cty. Tk. E and Hwy. 10 in Prescott. The driver did not have a valid driver’s license and was advised to wait in a parking lot for a valid driver.
1:19 p.m.
A reported suspicious person in the 400 block of W. Main St. who was flying a drone in a parking lot was spoken with. The person turned out to be a news station employee.
1:38 p.m.
A deputy was requested to respond to an address in the 400 block of Cherry Ave. in Plum City. Upon arrival, they were informed that a female party admitted to driving under the influence. The female was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense and released to a sober party.
2:34 p.m.
A driver was stopped and cited for speeding near the intersection of Cty. Tk. K and Hwy. 63 in Ellsworth.
5:22 p.m.
A vehicle was observed on the side of the roadway near the intersection of 620th Ave. and Hwy. 10 in Prescott. The driver stated she ran out of gas but had already contacted a tow. She was assisted with moving her vehicle farther off the roadway.
8:33 p.m.
A report of theft of money from a bar was received. Video footage showed the suspect taking the money. The suspect was located and interviewed. Statements were collected.
March 2 6:56 a.m.
A hit and run accident was reported near the intersection of 125th Ave. and Hwy. 35 in Bay City. The striking vehicle was later located with damage. Both drivers stated the other driver was over the center line. Pictures were taken of both vehicles. The subject who came to assist was issued a citation for Operating without a License.
11:34 p.m.
Deputies responded to 450th St. in Spring Valley after a report was received of a vehicle parked and locked in the middle of the roadway. The vehicle was towed after the registered owner could not be contacted.
March 3 12:54 a.m.
Debris was removed from the center of the roadway near the intersection of Hwy. 63 and S. Cty. Tk. VV in Hager City.
8:06 a.m.
A refrigerator was dumped in the ditch on 825th St. in Hager City. A message was left with the township.
10:45 a.m.
Fraud was reported at an address on Cty. Tk. CC in Spring Valley.
12:11 p.m.
Deputies were requested to respond to the 200 block of S. Scott St. in Elmwood. Upon arrival, the female party admitted to driving under the influence. The female was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense and released to a sober party. 3:23 p.m.
State Patrol was assisted with a one-vehicle accident with no injury near the intersection of 564th Ave. and Cty. Tk. QQ in Prescott.
March 4 8:49 a.m.
A possible theft of money was reported on Cty. Tk. VV in Hager City. The subject did not know where it occurred or when it happened.
9:57 a.m.
Deputies were dispatched to 535th St. in Spring Valley for a possible theft of a dog. Upon arrival, the dog was located in a shed.
2:57 p.m.
A caller on 870th St. in Ellsworth reported being a victim of a computer scam.
3:44 p.m.
Wisconsin ATF was assisted with bar checks on Cty. Tk. VV in Hager City.
March 5 12:41 a.m.
A deceased coyote was removed from the roadway near the intersection of Hwy. 35 and 1005th St. in Hager City.
7:50 a.m.
Deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of W. Overlook Dr. in Ellsworth to assist with a disorderly subject in the jail. Deputies were cancelled prior to arrival.
11:29 a.m.
A complainant on 530th St. in Beldenville reported receiving a fraudulent phone call.
12:15 p.m.
Deputies assisted with a disorderly subject at the jail in the 500 block of W. Overlook Dr. in Ellsworth.
2:30 p.m.
Deputies were requested to respond to 850th Ave. in Spring Valley for a vehicle on fire in a driveway. Traffic control was provided.
4:09 p.m.
Fraud was reported from a subject on 570th Ave. in Ellsworth.
9:02 p.m.
Ellsworth PD was assisted with an assault in the 400 block of E. Wall St.
9:17 p.m.
Theft was reported on Hwy. 29 in Spring Valley. After an exhausting and time-consuming investigation, a suspect was identified and contacted. Their gas bill was paid in full.
10:34 p.m.
A couch was located sitting on the fog line on the side of the road on Hwy. 63 in Hager City. The couch was moved off the road.
March 6 12:31 a.m.
Deputies were called for a male sitting in his running vehicle for hours four times a week near the intersection of Main St. and Maple Ave. in Plum City. Contact was made, and the male stated he is a chain smoker and can’t smoke in his apartment, so he smokes in his vehicle a lot and watched videos on his phone.
12:45 a.m.
While driving past a bar on Hwy. 35 in Maiden Rock, two subject holding open intoxicants were observed about to enter a vehicle. As the squad car turned around, the males entered the bar. The subjects were informed to not get into a vehicle with an open intoxicant and to call for a sober ride.
4:05 a.m.
Deputies responded to River Falls near the intersection of 690th St. and Hwy. 29 for a rollover crash. The driver was located after fleeing the scene. A sobriety test was conducted, and the driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense. 12:24 p.m.
A memory card from a trail camera was reported to have been damaged near Cty. Tk. EE in Bay City.
5:40 p.m.
Deputies responded to an address on 770th Ave. in River Falls for two vehicles that were broken into. Photographs and statements were collected.
7:13 p.m.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Cty. Tk. D and Hwy. 10 in Ellsworth for a driving complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway. The driver was located at his residence, where he admitted to driving at night without glasses. The driver was warned and given two days to get glasses.
8:59 p.m.
Deputies were dispatched to Prescott near the intersection of Cty. Tk. E and Hwy. 35 for a driving complaint of a Ford truck with Minnesota plates. The driver was stopped and arrested.
