The following Incidents were reported to Pierce County Sheriff’s Office Feb.
6-12.
Monday, Feb. 6
At 8:31 a.m., a caller at W7409 Highway 65, Beldenville, reported that a vehicle had been keyed in the parking lot.
A K9 sniff was conducted at 8:32 a.m. at Ellsworth High School (323 Hillcrest St.)
At 12:03 p.m., police took a report at N6008 County Road J, Ellsworth, of a gun that was left at a residence after a friendship ended. The subject wanted it documented that they no longer had possession of the gun. Police attempted contact with the second party to retrieve it.
At 12:21 p.m., a resident at N5835 County Road BB, Ellsworth, called to tell police there were people In his basement, but when he looked, no one was there. He said he no longer needed police.
Police responded at 4:16 p.m. to the jail (555 W. Overlook Drive, Ellsworth) and spoke with a suicidal man who had just been released.
Police received an animal complaint at 9:47 p.m. about dogs at large at W12297 820th Ave., River Falls.
Deputies assisted Prescott police at 9:59 p.m. at Kwlk Trip (1200 Henry St.)
At 10:10 p.m., a man at W4457 120th Ave., Maiden Rock, reported being bitten by a dog that had come onto his property. He had been trying to check It for tags. He didn’t know who the dog belonged to; it ran off.
Police attempted a welfare check at 11:06 p.m. at W9858 290th Ave., Hager City. Nothing was heard at the residence and contact was not made.
A caller found a credit card left at the gas pump at 11:57 p.m. at W4890 Highway 29, Spring Valley. Police attempted to contact the card owner.
Tuesday, Feb. 7
At 2:27 a.m., police were called to W8910 570th Ave., Ellsworth, for a man possibly trying to break Into a vehicle In the driveway. Police observed no one in the area when they arrived. The woman thought maybe she had seen the windshield cover flapping in the breeze.
At 8:50 a.m., a woman at W8330 County Road K, Hager City, reported that someone had hacked into her Facebook account and is now selling puppies under her name. She was advised to notify Facebook’s fraud division.
Police responded at 10:04 a.m. to a physical domestic at W6364 Highway 35, Bay City. A woman was arrested for domestic battery and disorderly conduct.
Officers were called at 12:54 p.m. to N1891 830th St., Hager City, for two trespassing snowmobiles. They were not located.
Deputies assisted the Prescott K9 with a search at 1:27 p.m. at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.)
Police provided lights for a man changing a tire at 6:25 p.m. at Highway 63 and 350th Avenue, Hager City.
Wednesday, Feb. 8
A search warrant was conducted at 8:42 a.m. at 110 Evergreen Estates St., Ellsworth and at 8:43 a.m. at 119 Evergreen Estates St., Ellsworth.
Police responded at 12:34 p.m. to N2815 County Road K, Ellsworth, where an older male had fallen and was bleeding from his head. EMS also responded.
Officers were called at 2:16 p.m. to N8246 1015th St., River Falls, where an Injured deer was found In a fencedin pool area. It was removed.
At 4:27 p.m., a woman at W9522 500th Ave., Hager City, reported that someone sitting in a vehicle near her residence was filming kids as they got off the bus. She also planned to contact the school.
A caller reported at 9:08 p.m. finding a CPAP machine and mittens near Highway 63 and 830th Street in Hager City. Allina Health will be contacted about the machine.
Thursday, Feb. 9
At 12:11 a.m., an officer observed a suspicious truck parked at N1299 825th St., Hager City. It was unoccupied.
At 4:49 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious Jeep driving slowly with its hazard lights, playing loud music, near Hollywood and Beulah streets In Ellsworth. No Jeep was found.
A burglary was reported at 9:59 a.m. at N1241 Wabash St., Bay City. Police could not reach the complainant at her residence or by phone.
Officers responded at 12:30 p.m. to N6931 1230th St., Prescott, for assistance in new owners attempting to serve eviction papers. Contact was not made with the occupants, so the notice was posted on the doors.
At 10:49 a.m., a caller at W4326 120th Ave., Maiden Rock, was upset about loggers who had crossed his property, damaging trees and a food plot. Police assisted the property owner and logging company with a mutual resolution.
Police responded to a medical call concerning marijuana use at 10:53 a.m. at N7392 County Road CC, Spring Valley. The woman said no more drugs were in the residence because she had used them all. She was advised of laws.
Officers observed a suspicious truck parked at 6:36 p.m. at N1299 825th St., Hager City. The male occupant said he stopped because he had heartburn. He declined EMS.
Deputies saw a suspicious car parked at 11:30 p.m. at N6240 Highway 65, Beldenvllle. The business appeared to be secure.
Friday, Feb. 10
Police checked on a suspicious van parked at 1:03 a.m. at W3716 Highway 10, Malden Rock. The van was registered to the business.
Officers found downed trees on utility lines at 1:24 a.m. at County Road S and 300th Street, Maiden Rock.
At 2:27 a.m., police conducted a security check at W7266 County Road V, Ellsworth, and found an unlocked door with no signs of forced entry. The building was cleared and the property manager notified.
At 3:25 p.m., a woman at W6380 Pepin St., Bay City, reported that money was being taken out of her Paypalaccount by her deceased daughter’s ex. She did not have the account’s information.
A caller reported at 4:24 p.m. finding a box of household goods and baby clothes in the ditch near N4802 750th St., Ellsworth. It may have fallen out of someone’s vehicle.
Saturday, Feb. 11
At 12:05 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle near 770th Street and Highway 63, Hager City, for littering. While speaking with the driver, the odor of drugs was detected. The vehicle was searched and the driver cited.
At 1:34 a.m., a caller at N5200 County Road 00, Hager City, reported a suspicious vehicle In their driveway. The vehicle left and the caller had no description.
Police responded to a business alarm at 1:54 a.m. at 109 N. Main St., Elmwood. Nothing was suspicious.
A caller reported a suspicious vehicle at 5:43 a.m. near 170th Street and County Road HH, Elmwood. It left the area.
Police responded at 7:51 a.m. to N6714 County Road CC, Spring Valley, for an unresponsive man. He was transported to Western Wisconsin Health. At 3:12 p.m., police responded to a bar at N673 825th St., Hager City, for a stolen vehicle complaint. Police found the complainant with his vehicle at another bar. He said he had forgotten where it was, but that he didn’t leave It there.
Sunday, Feb. 12
Police received a crash alert from a vehicle’s sensor at 12:43 a.m. and located the vehicle with front end damage parked at N4021 County Road 0, Ellsworth. The driver was arrested for OWI.
Police and Elmwood Fire responded to a fire alarm at a church at 4:56 a.m. at N5591 170th St., Elmwood. Nothing was located.
At 8:12 a.m., a woman reported her dog had been attacked by a neighbor’s dog in her backyard at N6949 1230th St., Prescott. The caller asked that police speak to the neighbors, who said their dog had slipped its Invisible fence collar and got loose. They said they’d make amends with their neighbor.
A caller reported a suspicious Jeep parked on the side of the road at 2:03 p.m. near County Road A and Highway 35, Maiden Rock. The vehicle was parked legally and the driver fishing.
At 3:49 p.m., police responded to N1951 590th St., Bay City, where a car was found in a field without plates. Upon Inspection, the vehicle’s VIN revealed the vehicle belonged to the field’s owner. It had a lot of damage, but was used for parts.
Deputies assisted Ellsworth police at 6:41 p.m. with a domestic at 102 Evergreen Estates St.
