Initial appearances Aaron Allan Addison, 43, Spring Valley, was ordered to pay $5,000 cash July 28 on felony possess with intent – cocaine, felony possess firearm – convicted of felony, felony possession of methamphetamine, possess drug paraphernalia and possession of THC charges. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 29.

Remington Charles Bundt, 28, Sheffield, Iowa, failed to make an Aug. 1 initial appearance on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Lilia Harina Gualain,

28, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $300 signature bond on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge Aug. 1. A status conference is set for 9:30 a.m. Sept. 26.

A $2,500 signature bond was reinstated Aug. 1 for Justin Lee Green, 41, Hastings, Minn., when he was arrested for a warrant. He is charged with OWI-second, operating with PAC-second and criminal damage to property. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Aug. 18.

Warren Scott Harer, 43, Wausau, posted a $10,000 signature bond Aug. 1 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. Sept. 1.

Amanda R. Hildebrandt, 38, River Falls, failed to make an Aug. 1 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

Cassy Marie Hoven, 36, Ellsworth, failed to make an Aug. 2 initial appearance on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine/coca, theft – movable property and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Robert Lee Hulne, 46, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an operating while revoked charge Aug. 1. On Aug. 4, he was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80.

A $1,000 signature bond was reinstated Aug. 3 for Bryant Lawyer Killibrew Sr.,

51, River Falls, when he was returned on a warrant. He is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct. A status conference is slated for 3:45 p.m. Aug. 17.

Jennifer A. Komp, 43, St. Croix Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond Aug. 1 on felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater), criminal trespass to dwelling (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 11 a.m. Sept. 20.

Taylor John Joon Soo Langer, 33, River Falls, posted $2,500 cash bond on felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), felony false imprisonment (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse – threat) charges Aug. 3. A sentencing hearing is slated for 3:30 p.m. Aug. 10.

Marcus Andrew Moreno,

38, St. Paul Park, Minn., failed to make an Aug. 1 initial appearance on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Melissa Ann Remington, 41, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond Aug. 3 on a felony forgery – writings or objects charge. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2:30 p.m. Aug. 16.

Tavian L. Siglar, 18, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Aug. 1 on possess amphetamine/ LSD/psilocin and two possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. Aug. 30.

Robert Jerome Stelter,

30, Bay City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an operating commercial motor vehicle without a license – WI resident charge Aug. 1. A status conference is slated for 11:30 a.m. Aug. 30.

Lauryn Jeane Tchida,

18, Prescott, failed to make an Aug. 1 initial appearance on disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer charges. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.

David Gibson Wyrick, 54, Maiden Rock, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 11 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A pre-trial conference was set for 1:30 p.m. July 29.

Closed cases Dean August Ellsworth, 57, River Falls, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and fined $443 July 28. The charge resulted from a Jan. 8, 2020 traffic stop.

Alexander Leelavere Foster, 29, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of felony burglary – building or dwelling Aug. 1, sentenced to three years’ probation, fined $518, and ordered to pay $29,975 in restitution (plus a 10% surcharge fee). Three criminal damage to property (over $2,500, as party to a crime) charges were readin for restitution purposes but dismissed. A felony receiving stolen property (as party to a crime) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents June 10, 2020 and Jan. 13, 2021.

Noah Wesley Garland,

35, Hudson, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years extended supervision July 28 and fined $1,036. Garland was convicted of felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer and resisting or obstructing an officer Oct. 26, 2021, but failed to comply with his probation terms. The charges resulted from an Aug. 6, 2019 incident. Garland is not allowed to possess a firearm and must maintain absolute sobriety.

A felony failure to support child (120+ days) charge against Jeffery S. Miner, 58, Colbran, Colo., was dismissed July 29 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 1, 2014 incident.

Lonnie Wayne Pechuman, 29, Prescott, was convicted of battery, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 July 27. Felony bail jumping, take/ drive vehicle without consent – abandon vehicle, and knowingly violate a domestic abuse order – injunction charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 9, 2021 incident.

Travis M. Petroske, 18, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 Aug. 1. A resisting or obstructing an officer charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 31, 2021 incident.

A felony bail jumping charge against Lamar L. Raheem, 42, White Bear Lake, Minn., was dismissed July 28. The charge resulted from a May 17, 2021 incident.

Melissa N. Savage, 25, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 July 27. A neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 14, 2020 incident.

Crystal L. Segelstrom,

38, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony bail jumping, sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $518 Aug. 1. Felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a June 3 incident.

Tony Earl Tri, 44, Bay City, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 July 29. A criminal damage to property charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a June 8 incident.

Deferred cases Hazel Adiene Bastien, 22, Denver, Colo., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on criminal trespass to dwelling and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges July 27. Intimidate victim/dissuade reporting (domestic abuse) and theft – movable property charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jan. 9 incident in River Falls.

Lamar L. Raheem, 42, White Bear Lake, Minn., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement July 28 on a felony neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under 6 or disability, as party to a crime) charge. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 13, 2020 incident.
