45, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 6 on operate without valid license (second within three years) and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. April 11.

Teresa L. Cheever, 47, Trempealeau, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Feb. 6 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related). A status conference is set for 2 p.m. March 15.

Clayton Elliott Dufresne,

26, Lino Lakes, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Feb. 6 on OWI-second and operating with PAC-second charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. March 21.

Robert Lee Dullum, 40, Hager City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond Feb. 6 on resisting or obstructing an officer, battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is set for 11:30 a.m. March 28.

Mario Joseph Ebert, 21, Cottage Grove, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and misdemeanor bail jumping charges Feb. 6. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. March 15.

Kellie Marie Finke-Tchida, 31, River Falls, posted a $1,000 signature bond on battery and disorderly conduct charges Feb. 6. A status conference is set for 3:45 p.m. March 14.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Christopher Michael Krolick, 41, Chaska, Minn., after a missed Feb. 6 initial appearance for OWI-third and operate with restricted controlled substance (third) charges.

A bench warrant for the arrest of Gavin E. Franklin, 19, River Falls, was issued after a missed initial appearance Feb. 6 on 12 graffiti charges.

Troy Shannon Larson,

54, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on hit and run, OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges Feb. 1. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. March 13.

Joseph W. Lund, 25, Hager City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an alter/tamper with odometer charge Feb. 6. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. March 1.

Collin A. Roettger, 24, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge Feb. 6. A status conference is set for 3:30 p.m. March 1.

Cory Robert Snelson,

37, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Feb. 6 on disorderly conduct and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 11 a.m. March 21.

A bench warrant for the arrest of Troy Alan Stumpf, 46, Hager City, was issued after a missed Feb. 6 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge.

Vernes Velagic, 38, Prior Lake, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Feb. 6 on criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and possession of THC. A status conference is slated for 1 p.m. March 15.

Closed cases Paul Michael Brooks, 32, Faribault, Minn., was convicted of misappropriate ID info – avoid penalty (as party to a crime) Feb. 2, sentenced to three years’ probation, ordered to have no contact with Handy Mart in Bay City, fined $518 and ordered to pay $76 in restitution (plus a 10% surcharge fee). A theft – movable property (as party to a crime) charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 6 incident.

Leah Marie Clausing, 44, Alma, was convicted of issue of worthless checks, fined $443 and ordered to pay $184.03 in restitution (plus a 10% surcharge fee) Feb. 6. An issue of worthless checks charge was read-in but dismissed. An issue of worthless checks charge was dismissed upon completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charges stemmed from incidents Feb. 11, 2020; Dec. 30, 2021; and Jan. 1, 2022.

Corey Michael Heald, 38, Stillwater, Minn., was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct and fined $421.60 Feb. 1. The charges resulted from a Dec. 3, 2012 incident.

Felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges against Venus Mildred Marquez-Melendez, 42, Red Wing, Minn., were dismissed Feb. 2. The charges stemmed from a May 8 incident.

A possession of THC charge against Travess O. Raysor, 25, River Falls, was dismissed Feb. 6. The charge resulted a March 11, 2022 incident.

A theft – movable property (as party to a crime) charge against Bobby D. Salas, 41, Hudson, was dismissed Feb. 6. The charge stemmed from a July 28 incident.
