Failed appearances

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Miguel Gonzalez Francisco, 34, Ellsworth, who missed an Oct. 24 initial appearance on OWI-second, operating with PAC-second and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Austin Emmanuel Lardani, 26, Prescott, who missed an Oct. 24 initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Feliciano Tzanahua Romero,

25, Ellsworth, who missed an Oct. 24 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge.

Closed cases Aydan James Anderson, 18, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of possess marijuana and possess drug paraphernalia and fined $555.60 Oct. 25. The charges stemmed from an April 3 incident.

Todd Allen Boyd, 27, Ellsworth, waived extradition Oct. 19 to Dakota County, Minn., where he charged with a felony.

Jeremy Paul Fredline,

38, Ellsworth, was sentenced to one year in jail (with 331 days credit) and ordered to pay $1,061 in unpaid fines at a probation revocation sentencing hearing Oct. 25. He was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and neglecting a child (harm did not occur and child under 6 or disability) Dec. 4, 2020. The charges resulted from an April 27, 2020 incident.
