Initial appearances Brady Sand Coulson, 45, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond June 24 on felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. July 13.
Jeremy Eugene Ealy, 38, Crystal River, Fla., was ordered to pay $500 cash bail June 28 on felony burglary – building or dwelling and criminal damage to property charges. He also pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. July 18. A status conference is set for 2:30 p.m. July 18 on the disorderly conduct charge.
Bryant Lawyer Killibrew Sr., 51, homeless, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges June 23. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 1.
Percy Lee Lacey, 59, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond June 28 on operating while revoked (alcohol related, repeater) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/ violate court order (repeater) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. July 27.
Christopher Tyrrell Malone, 32, Cottage Grove, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond June 27 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and intimidate victim/dissuade reporting charges. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. July 28.
John William Moeller, 31, Lake St. Croix Beach, Minn., was ordered to pay $2,500 cash bail on felony second- degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater), felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater), felony take and drive vehicle without consent (repeater), resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater) and contempt of court/disobey order (repeater) charges June 27. A preliminary hearing is slated for 8:30 a.m. July 7.
Lucas Michael Morth, 31, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond June 27 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is set for 1:30 p.m. July 28.
Tejay Allen Skordahl, 38, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony drive or operate vehicle without consent and theft – movable property charges June 28. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. Aug. 1.
Closed cases
A felony take and drive vehicle without consent
charge against Timothy Adam Chambers, 23, Prescott, was read-in (to other case convictions) for restitution purposes but dismissed June 28. The charge resulted from a June 2, 2021 incident. A sentencing hearing is slated for 2 p.m. Aug. 29.
Gabriel Alejandro Diaz Picasso, 24, Prescott, was convicted of obstructing an officer and fined $277.80 June 28. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 2, 2021 incident.
Brian R. Fleischauer, 33, Black River Falls (Jackson Correctional Institution), was convicted of felony burglary – building or dwelling and felony take and drive vehicle without consent June 28, sentenced to three years in prison followed by four years of extended supervision, and fined $518. The charges resulted from incidents March 22 and March 29, 2019.
A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Alan Keith Newbury,
30, River Falls was dismissed June 22 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 24, 2021 incident.
Michael George Stoehr,
51, Glenwood City, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $150.10 June 28. The charge resulted from an Aug. 12, 2021 traffic stop.
