PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department May 9-15.

Monday, May 9

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 2:15 a.m. at 1445 N. Acres Road.

At 8:05 a.m., a caller reported an unknown person looking around the property at 915 Pine St.

A caller reported at forged signature at 2:16 p.m. at 118 Orange St.

Suspicious activity was reported at 7:45 p.m. at 1175 Jeuerson St. Police checked on a suspicious vehicle at 10:13 p.m. at 1215 Canton St.

Suspicious activity was reported at 10:21 p.m. at 775 Canton St.

Logan Thomas Waldorf,

27, Minnesota City, Minn., was cited for speeding after a travc stop at 11:18 p.m. at Warren and Jeuerson streets. Tuesday, May 10 John L. Walker, 39, Chicago, was cited for speeding after a travc stop at 2:17 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Sara Jo Davis, 37, Prescott, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and non-registration of vehicle/auto after a travc stop at 10:52 a.m. in the 1000 block of Campbell Street.

Nathan David Holbrook, 33, Farmington, Minn., was cited vehicle of abandonment at 9:40 p.m. at 760 Helen St.

Ovcers checked on an unoccupied vehicle at 10:03 p.m. at 206 N. Locust St.

Raqibul Hassan, 41, Hugo, Minn., was cited for speeding after a travc stop at 10:19 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Wednesday, May 11 Brea Lea Meyers, 34, Maiden Rock, was cited for non-registration of ve- hicle after a travc stop at 5:04 p.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.

Suspicious activity was reported at 11:27 p.m. at Orange and Dakota streets.

Toshie Yokoyama, 48, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a travc stop at 11:51 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Thursday, May 12 John Frank Rezny, 34, Tamarack, Minn., was arrested for domestic battery at 3:24 p.m. at 740 Shane Park Circle.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 7:29 p.m. at 174 Dakota St.

A suspicious person was reported at 7:54 p.m. at 915 Canton St.

A suspicious person was reported at 9:23 p.m. at 915 Pine St.

Friday, May 13

Suspicious activity was

reported at midnight at 1041 Orrin Road.

Lauren Nicole Nelson,

28, Prescott, was cited for speeding on city highway after a travc stop at 10:11 a.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.

A caller reported suspicious activity at 10:18 p.m. at 1015 James St.

Saturday, May 14 Terry Kim Breaux, 44, St. Paul, was cited for speeding on city highway after a travc stop at 7:23 a.m. at Jeuerson Street and 570

th Avenue.

Craig Robert Jaworski,

64, St. Paul Park, Minn., was cited for a launch fee violation at 9:36 a.m. at Front and Ash streets.

A caller reported a theft from a boat at 12:37 p.m. at 451 Second St.

Suspicious activity was reported at 7:56 p.m. at 331 Court St.

Sunday, May 15

Police were called at 1:48 a.m. to Two Rivers (117 Broad St.) for a disorderly person. His friends took him home.

Hayden Timothy Niebur, 21, Cannon Falls, Minn., was cited for public urination/defecation at 2:21 a.m. at 117 Broad St.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle at 11:08 a.m. at 206 N. Locust St.
