PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department April 4-10.

Monday, April 4 Susan Marie Brown, 64, Prescott, was arrested for OWI after a traffic stop at 9:49 p.m. at Orange and Dakota streets.

Tuesday, April 5

Police received a vandalism complaint at 8:42 a.m. at 451 Second St.

Loose dogs were reported at 10:19 a.m. near Cherry and Broad streets.

Timothy James Fitzgerald, 68, Prescott, was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 1:05 p.m. at 101 Front St.

A caller reported being in an argument with her boyfriend at 9:59 p.m. at 740 Shane Park Circle. A report was filed.

Wednesday, April 6

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:43 a.m. near Broad and Orange streets.

Possible fraud was reported at 1:35 p.m. at 1765 Pleasant Court.

Thursday, April 7 Thomas Guy Fox, 68, Eden Prairie, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 11:24 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Friday, April 8

Possible fraud was reported at 9:55 a.m. at 465 Flora St.

Fraud was reported at 10:51 a.m. at 328 Lake St.

David Alvin Thomas, 35, Hastings, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 3:16 p.m. at Orrin Road and Filkins Street.

At 5:30 p.m., police received a missing cat report from 865 Helen St.

Abrar Zawed, 28, Apple Valley, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:57 p.m. at 200 Monroe St.

Ryan Matthew Koppendrayer, 30, Coon Rapids, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:36 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Leesa Ruth Berhow, 62, Boyceville, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, April 9 Heath Edgar Schwanke, 49, Darwin, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:23 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 9:29 a.m., police found multiple open doors at Court and Oak streets.

A computer crime/ID theft was reported at 3:20 p.m. at 1414 Glendridge Drive.

Ka Xiong, 35, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:39 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Sunday, April 10

A drone was stuck in a tree at 12:50 p.m. near Orange and Front streets.

Illegal dumping was reported at 5:50 p.m. at 635 Pine St.

Robert O. Regan, 33, Stillwater, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:46 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Ashley Jean Peters, 36, Bloomington, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:14 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
