PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department March 21-27.

Monday, March 21

Suspicious activity was reported at 5:59 a.m. at 1107 Cedar Lane.

A complainant reported suspicious activity at 6:05 a.m. near Monroe and Washington streets.

Jeremy Marcus Clifton,

33, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for OWI and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 8:31 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets. He was also cited for speeding and possession of THC.

Alanna Mikal Snortland,

24, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:54 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Police performed a welfare check on a woman at 10:24 p.m. at Clydesdale Park (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

Tuesday, March 22 Breanna Jean Overland, 35, Ellsworth, was cited for possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 8:19 a.m. at Chestnut and Ash streets.

At 4:53 p.m., police received a possible theft/property damage complaint at 1531 James St.

Police received a theft report at 6:32 p.m. at 887 Jefferson St.

Wednesday, March 23 Brandon Robert Kaase,

29, Prescott, was arrested and cited for operating while revoked, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 7:54 a.m. at 201 N. Flora St.

At 3:50 p.m., police took a report at 878 Washington St. of someone operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent.

Suspicious activity was reported at 9:19 p.m. at 590 Pleasant Drive.

A semi was reported to be stuck in the ditch at 10:48 p.m. at W12799 US Highway 10.

Thursday, March 24

Suspicious activity was reported at 6:48 p.m. at 1531 James St. It was workers working on the water tower.

A theft was reported at 6:58 p.m. at 236 Broad St.

Friday, March 25 Timothy Joseph Charles, 55, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:07 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Zachary Ryan Falkofske, 35, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:22 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, March 26 Angela Kay Degreeff, 46, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:36 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Suspicious activity was reported at 6:11 p.m. at 394 S. Gibbs St.

Isaac Christian Swan,

25, Forest Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:27 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.

Denilzo Baltazar Gonzalez, 24, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:17 p.m. at 114 Broad St.

Sunday, March 27 Nicholas Martin Besore,

22, Shakopee, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:35 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Lee Yang, 27, Richfield, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:33 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

A 17-year-old Red Wing juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:47 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Shawn Michael Kohner,

50, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:53 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
