PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Feb. 18-27.

Friday, Feb. 18

A caller reported a missing white German shepherd at 11:24 a.m. in the area of Albert and North Flora streets. Police were unable to locate the dog.

James Joseph Kastelic, 54, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:39 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

Dean Jay Byer, 55, Pengilly, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:53 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Amanda Latrisha Snow,

20, Onalaska, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:17 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Kendall Forrest Martin,

22, Randolph, Minn., was cited for speeding and passing in a no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 10:51 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

Saturday, Feb. 19 Blake Todd Anderson, 23, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:09 a.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Todd Allen Dalager, 52, Lake City, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:42 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Alan Renden-Martinez,

23, St. Paul, was arrested for OWI after a suspicious activity complaint at 1:27 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Maksim Evgenivich Kapustin, 24, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 2:12 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

James Reynold Tyler, 63, Prescott, was arrested for a warrant and domestic disorderly conduct at 2:35 p.m. at 915 Canton St.

Michele Marie Tusa, 54, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 6:13 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Nolan Ward Reynolds, 18, Sherburn, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:46 p.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets. At 7:26 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle crash with property damage at Orange and Dakota streets. The parties involved exchanged information.

Police responded to a noise complaint at 8:49 p.m. at 878 Washington St.

Sunday, Feb. 20

Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 1:28 a.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.

Marion Farley Yeawolo,

27, Minnetonka, Minn., was cited for speeding and passing on a double yellow after a traffic stop at 5:17 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Philip Raphael Kostecka,

20, Pequot Lakes, Minn., was cited for speeding and warned for expired registration after a traffic stop at 8:43 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Monday, Feb. 21

Officers observed a two-vehicle crash at 6:52 a.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 22

Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 5:55 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.

Wednesday, Feb. 23

Police performed a welfare check at 3:37 a.m. in the area of Sycamore and Elm streets.

Daniel William Sheild, 64, Shafer, Minn., was cited for speeding and passing in a nopassing zone after a traffic stop at 11:20 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Saprina Mays, 29, Minneapolis, was arrested and cited for speeding, passing in a no-passing zone, operating without valid license and vehicle operator flee/elude officer after a traffic stop at 7:24 p.m. near Lawrence and Jefferson streets.

Police responded at 10:18 p.m. to 878 Washington St. for two disorderly people. Nowa Matthew Hartman-Booth,

21, Ellsworth, and Erik Jacob Christensen, 26, Prescott, were arrested.

Thursday, Feb. 24

Police at 3:48 p.m. to 408 Lake St., where an unknown vehicle had struck another vehicle in a hit and run.

Friday, Feb. 25

Police received a suspicious activity complaint at 4:25 p.m. at 672 Washington St. It may have been someone taking insurance photos.

Riley Jacob Bauer, 25, Otsego, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license and warned for an equipment violation after a traffic stop at 9:24 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, Feb. 26 Leroy Joseph Olson, 42, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for improper passing/stopped school bus after a driving complaint at 6:25 a.m. at Walnut Street and Linden Road.

Police responded to a twovehicle crash at 3:01 p.m. at St. Croix and Campbell streets. Julia Ann Lammert, 40, New Richmond, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

William Edwin Zastrow,

29, Lindstrom, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:33 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Collin Charles Titus, 26, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:04 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Sunday, Feb. 27

Police responded to a fight with injury at 2 a.m. at 117 Broad St. Justin Tyler Mead, 27, Cottage Grove, Minn., was arrested for disorderly conduct, substantial battery – intend bodily harm and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Sarah Elizabeth Walker,

37, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:50 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.
