PRESCOTT Police Department Reports
The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Jan. 31 through Feb. 6.
Monday, Jan. 31
Officers performed a welfare check at 1:04 a.m. at 355 Lawrence St.
A complainant reported at 10:17 a.m. that someone had stolen their license plates from a vehicle at 207 N. Locust St.
A catalytic converter theft was reported at 1:28 p.m. at 1425 Glenridge Drive.
An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle at 6:42 p.m. near Dexter Street and Glenridge Drive.
Max Thomas Teeters, 16, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 6:42 p.m. at Highway 10 and Lake Street.
Tuesday, Feb. 1
A burglary was reported at 4:13 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10.
At 9:02 a.m., police received an illegal dumping report from a resident at 734 Pearl St.
Police received a noise complaint at 9:37 a.m. for 331 N. Court St.
Wednesday, Feb. 2
Police followed up on a burglary report at 10:07 a.m. at 138 Broad St.
At 12:36 p.m., officers responded to 1120 US Highway 10 for a vandalism/damage to property report.
A caller reported at 7:34 p.m. that someone had struck his parked vehicle at 242 N. Gibbs St. Shannon Marie Huppert, 37, River Falls, was arrested for OWI, operating with PAC, and inattentive driving.
At 9:29 p.m., a resident reported finding “suspicious meat” in the backyard at 630 Borner St.
Thursday, Feb. 3
A suspicious vehicle was reported at 3:40 a.m. near Campbell and Pine streets.
A damaged stop sign was discovered at 9:12 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.
Trista Jayne Edwards, 36, Rosemount, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:25 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
Friday, Feb. 4
A missing person was reported at 7:25 a.m. at 101 Orange St.
At 5:29 p.m., a caller reported two people trespassing around the abandoned hospital at 445 Court St.
Brenda Jean Carpenter,
56, Bowling Green, Ohio, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 7:38 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets for tail lights not being on.
Saturday, Feb. 5
A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:06 a.m. at 206 N. Locust St.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at 4:17 a.m. at 1120 US Highway 10.
At 3:33 p.m., a complainant reported their vehicle license plates stolen at 1000 US Highway 10.
Nicholas Francis Odman,
42, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:37 p.m. at Warren and Jefferson streets.
Devorise Lamonta Jackson, 25, Winona, Minn., was arrested on an out-of-state warrant after a traffic stop for an equipment violation at 11:09 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets. He was also cited for possession of THC and operate without a valid license.
Sunday, Feb. 6
A disorderly person was reported at 1:09 a.m. at 184 Broad St.
Andrew Paul Terrell, 43, Prescott, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at 2:58 p.m. at 800 River Terrace St.
