PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Jan. 17-23.

Monday, Jan. 17

At 2:34 p.m., police received a complaint of a house being egged at 854 Jefferson St.

Police received a second house egging complaint at 3:04 p.m. at 385 Warren St.

At hit-and-run crash was reported at 7:15 p.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.

Tuesday, Jan. 18 Dominick Robert Silva, 24, St. Paul Park, Minn., was arrested and cited for OWI, operating with PAC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for a suspicious vehicle at 1:12 a.m. at Dexter and Pine streets.

Police responded at 3:29 a.m. to 872 Washington St. for a disorderly person.

Edmund Hosen, 62, Hancock, was cited for parking in no parking zone and parking opposite flow of traffic at 6:49 a.m. at Dexter Street and Ryden Road.

Thursday, Jan. 20

Criminal damage to property was reported at 8:01 a.m. at 265 S. Flora St. A window had been broken.

Police responded at 8:17 p.m. to Broad Street Bar (138 Broad St.) for a disorderly person.

Friday, Jan. 21

A complainant reported checks stolen from a mailbox at 8:20 a.m. at 511 N. Court St.

Employees at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive) reported a theft at 10:37 a.m.

Officers responded at 11:32 p.m. to 840 Pearl St. for a suspicious activity complaint.

Saturday, Jan. 22Police responded at 3:24 a.m. to Broad Street Bar (138 Broad St.) for a domestic. The complainant was uncooperative and wanted nothing done.

Benjamin Connor Dickinson, 22, Minnetonka, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:07 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Breanna Lucille Brown,

29, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:48 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

A disabled, abandoned vehicle was found blocking traffic at 10:53 p.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10. It was moved.

Sunday, Jan. 23

Police responded at 2:03 a.m. to Two Rivers (117 Broad St.) for an intoxicated person.

Officers provided an intoxicated person a ride home at 2:34 a.m. from 408 Lake St.

Fred Earl Lunsman, 51, Phillips, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 9 a.m. at 720 Borner St.
