The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Dec. 26 through Jan. 9.

Sunday, Dec. 26 Cheng Xiong, 23, Blaine, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway at 7:04 a.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Officers performed a welfare check at 6:55 p.m. at 1041 Orrin Road. They had closed early due to weather conditions.

Monday, Dec. 27

Officers assisted a stuck semi at 5:19 a.m. at 515 Jefferson St.

Police assisted a semi stuck on the hill at 5:43 a.m. at 515 Jefferson St.

Lonnie Wayne Pechuman, 29, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 7:53 a.m. at 760 Helen St.

Jonathon Robert Kraus,

23, Newport, Minn., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 8:07 a.m. at 879 Helen St.

Kevin Michael Slaby, 54, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 8:24 a.m. at 469 Gibbs St.

Josias Varela Franco, 46, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 9:25 a.m. at 583 Hillside Drive.

Brandon Michael Kirby,

28, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 10:03 a.m. at 730 Borner St.

Wade Clayton Tutor, 44, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 10:16 a.m. at 1020 St. Croix St.

David Kermit Chapin, 61, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 10:27 a.m. at 810 Hope St.

Mario Emile, 32, Iowa City, Iowa, was cited for fail/obey traffic officer signal/ order after a traffic stop at 10:51 a.m. at Eagle Ridge Drive and Highway 10.

Police received an animal complaint at 11:36 a.m. at 1000 Canton St.

A theft was reported at 9:17 p.m. at 117 Broad St.

Tuesday, Dec. 28 Zachary Ryan Falkofske, 35, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:16 a.m. at 1120 Highway 10.

Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 6:49 a.m. at 487 Delta Queen Ave.

Michael John Kovacs, 49, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:20 a.m. at Lawrence and Jefferson streets.

Jackelyn Marie Pike, 40, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:34 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Artur Muratovich Ibatullin, 21, Las Vegas, Nev., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:15 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Rohmney Lee Ellis, 33, Hager City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:55 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Wednesday, Dec. 29 Amy Marie Linder, 40, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 1:48 a.m. at 1425 Glenridge Drive.

Daniel John Girtz, 72, River Falls, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:02 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The vehicle was towed.

Jean Marie Lythjohan,

52, Farmington, Minn., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:09 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The vehicle was towed.

Nicole Marie Walters, 52, Hugo, Minn., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:22 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The vehicle was towed.

Troy Dennis Jacobsen, 54, Minneiska, Minn., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:29 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The vehicle was towed.

A theft was reported at 4:29 p.m. at 141 Broad St.

Claire Anne Garcia, 42, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding and possession of THC after a traffic stop at 8:15 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets. A 15-year-old juvenile from New Brighton, Minn., was cited for possess drug paraphernalia and possess controlled substance (under 17). A 16-year-old passenger from Woodbury, Minn., was cited for possess/purchase a vape under age 18.

Thursday, Dec. 30

A hit-and-run to a mailbox was reported at 8:12 a.m. at 1505 Glenridge Drive.

Don J. Scribner, 71, Prescott, was cited for failure to notify police of accident and meeting of vehicle – wrong side after a two-vehicle crash at 2:01 p.m. at Cherry and Young streets.

Friday, Dec. 31 Dylan Michael Lovick, 24, Bloomington, Minn., was cited for operate without a valid license after a traffic stop at 5:59 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Dakota streets.

William John Kass, 57, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding on expressway after a traffic stop at 7:48 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Mathew David Kuehl, 32, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:37 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Emily Anna Carol Glomski, 29, Wabasha, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:53 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Saturday, Jan. 1

At 12:09 a.m., police received a fireworks complaint in the area of Pine and Pearl streets. They located nothing.

A suspicious activity report was filed at 12:21 a.m. at 150 Front St.

Officers responded at 2:35 a.m. to 890 Laura St. for an intoxicated person. The person was dropped off with a sober person.

Police checked on a suspicious couple in vehicle at 6:12 a.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Police responded at 6:05 p.m. to 2050 Jefferson St. for a domestic. The parties were separated.

Sunday, Jan. 2

Police responded to a crash at 9:44 a.m. on the Highway 10 lift bridge.

Monday, Jan. 3 Kimberly Kay Karnick, 44, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 1:46 a.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Officers received a theft complaint at 3 p.m. at 635 Pine St.

Saprina Mays, 29, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding, operate without a valid license and operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 10:59 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Tuesday, Jan. 4

Officers received an animal complaint at 2:41 a.m. at 191 S. Monroe St.

A. Magnitsop Epse Dongmo, 40, Big Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 2:23 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Wednesday, Jan. 5 Si William Hanson, 37, Prescott, was cited for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 5:55 a.m. at Walnut Street and Tower Heights Court.

A suspicious person was reported at 5:43 p.m. at 635 Pine St. Police checked both buildings but found no one.

At 11:01 p.m., officers gave a courtesy ride to an adult female from 236 Broad St.

Thursday, Jan. 6 Jeffrey Joel Grettenberg, 60, Prescott, was cited for parking prohibited on sidewalks/ terrace at 1:20 a.m. at Canton and Pine streets.

Officers secured an open door at 6:16 a.m. at 492 Northern Lights Drive.

Maria Terri Rojas, 35, Blaine, Minn., was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:17 p.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

Friday, Jan. 7

At 1:19 a.m., police responded to 865 Helen St. for a verbal domestic. Both parties were separated for the night.

At 7:22 p.m., police received a complaint about an intoxicated man threatening to come over to 1579 Walnut St.

Saturday, Jan. 8

A burglary was reported at 2 p.m. at 800 Canton St.

Police received a harassment complaint at 7:54 p.m. at 1579 Walnut St.

Sunday, Jan. 9

An officer gave a woman a courtesy ride home at 2:43 a.m. from Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.
