PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Dec. 6-12.

Monday, Dec. 6

At 1:14 p.m., a resident reported theft by fraud at 304 Oak St.

Tuesday, Dec. 7

At 10:58 a.m., an employee reported two bad checks written at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

Karlee Marie Ming, 25, Eau Claire, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 7:04 p.m. at 575 Monroe St.

Tracy Jean Molina, 44, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 8:34 p.m. at 710 Borner St.

Sarah Ann Rapp, 33, Rochester, Minn., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 8:39 p.m. at 710 Borner St.

Colin Lake McCarty, 28, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 8:44 p.m. at 720 Borner St.

Richard Gordon Fraser,

67, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 11:25 p.m. at 876 Helen St.

Terry Alan Grahn, 57, Minneapolis, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 11:45 p.m. at 876 Helen St.

Wednesday, Dec. 9 Steven Scott Scherbel, 56, Eagan, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/ signal after a traffic stop at 11:08 a.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

At 3:34 p.m., police responded to a traffic accident at Orrin Road and Campbell Street involving Troy Allen Denning, Prescott.

Thursday, Dec. 9

A theft was reported at 9:52 a.m. at 270 Dakota St. S.

Hunter Joel Luhman, 18, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for operation without required lamps lighted, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 7:47 p.m. at Highway 10 and Cherry Street.

At 8:22 p.m., police received a missing chihuahua report at 1000 Canton St. The dog was brown and black, with a white belly and pink collar with no tags.

At 8:53 p.m., police received a report of underage nicotine sales at 408 Lake St.

Friday, Dec. 10

At 7:55 p.m., police helped a plow that was stuck in snow at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

At 10:42 p.m., police assisted a vehicle that was stuck at Ellen Street and Highway 10.

David Kermit Chapin,

61, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 10:56 p.m. at 510 Canton St.

Rachel Elizabeth Hutcheson, 22, Prescott, was arrested on a warrant when police checked on a disabled vehicle at 11:24 p.m. at Highway 10 and Pearl Street.

Saturday, Dec. 11

Police helped a vehicle stuck in snow at 12:24 a.m. at Orrin Road and Dexter Street.

Jere Paul Standing, 57, New Richmond, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:07 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The vehicle was towed.

Ryan Robert Ross, 40, Minneapolis, was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:14 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets. The vehicle was towed.

John Philip Neary,

Jamestown, N.D., was cited for a parking violation (snow removal) at 4:16 a.m. at Orange and Front streets. The vehicle was towed.

At 6:49 p.m., police stopped snowmobiles operating on the closed snowmobile trail at Orrin Road and Dexter Street.

At 9:49 p.m., police responded to 220 Pearl St. for a domestic incident.

Sunday, Dec. 12

At 12:56 a.m., police checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at 1048 Campbell St.

At 5:47 p.m., police went to 1865 Pine Court for the “Best Christmas Ever” event.
