PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Nov. 29 through Dec. 5.

Monday, Nov. 29

Ptacek’s IGA reported a gas drive-off totaling $73.39 at 1:53 p.m.

Ricky Big Ketngam, 32, Savage, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:57 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

At 7:29 p.m. a harassment report was filed related to a complaint at a residence in the 200 block of Court Street. A 17-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited by mail for telephone harassment.

Tuesday, Nov. 30 Serena Jo Radinzel, 32, River Falls, was arrested for OWI-second after a traffic stop at 2:22 a.m. at highways 10 and 29. She was also cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and operating left of center line.

At 12:20 p.m., police were notified that a generator theft pinged to Prescott. Police checked around town but didn’t find it.

Ethan Michael Schultz,

Cannon Falls, Minn., was involved in a property damage accident at 4:36 p.m. at Highway 10 and Dexter Street.

At 6:16 p.m., a third party called in an unwanted person at 961 Jefferson St. When police arrived, there was no emergency.

Wednesday, Dec. 1

Scott Patrick Huntress Jr., 38, Baldwin, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:07 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Police provided security for a special school board meeting at 4:46 p.m. at Prescott High School (1010 Dexter St.)

A 16-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for fail/stop for unloading school bus after a traffic incident at 6:17 p.m. at Shane Park Circle and Glen Ridge Drive.

Police checked on a suspicious vehicle at 7:12 p.m. at Pearl Street and Highway 10.

Thursday, Dec. 2 Charles Olin Kester, 53, Prescott, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 1:39 a.m. at 803 Kinnickinnic St.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 2:23 a.m. at 206 N. Locust St.

Jack Henry Ryan, 25, River Falls, was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant after a traffic stop at 6:55 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Daniel Joseph Dingle, 59, St. Paul Park, Minn., was cited for an ordinance violation at 8:17 a.m. at 1225 Canton St.

Riley Kate Dorau, 19, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:19 p.m. at Borner and Saint Croix streets.

Brian Roy King, 59, Beldenville, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:51 p.m. at Ellen Street and Highway 10.

John Edward Luthy, 60, Alma, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:01 p.m. at 1175 Jefferson St.

28, River Falls, was cited for operate without a valid license after a traffic stop at 11:09 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.

Friday, Dec. 3 Jack Daniel Marcy, 20, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:39 p.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10.

A theft was reported at 3:25 p.m. at 316 N. Locust St.

Saturday, Dec. 4 Derrick William Radke, 44, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:26 p.m. at Lake and Dakota streets.

Mitchell Phillip Michaletz, 24, Frontenac, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:10 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Highway 35.

Larry Dean Madsen, 77, Menomonie, was cited for fail/obey a traffic officer signal/ order at 3:29 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive.

Brittany Lynn Dumonceaux, 35, Eden Prairie, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 9:21 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Sunday, Dec. 5

None
