PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Nov. 1521.

Monday, Nov. 15

Police responded at 3:18 a.m. to 475 Walter St. for a domestic incident.

Emily Katherine Haines,

22, Prescott, was cited for fail/stop at stop sign after a traffic stop at 12:34 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.

Tuesday, Nov. 16

Police received a burning complaint at 1:38 p.m. at 216 N. Gibbs St.

Lourdes Pamela Juarez Olvera, 23, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:40 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10.

At 9:55 p.m., police received a shooting complaint at 921 Pearl St.

Wednesday, Nov. 17 Christian David Rosa Grajales, 29, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:50 a.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Police checked on a suspicious vehicle report at 11:22 a.m. in the 100 block of South Gibbs Street. The vehicle was unoccupied.

Thomas Robert Cody O’Shea, 33, Prescott, was cited for operate without valid license, vehicle operator fail/wear seat belt and display unauthorized vehicle registration plate after a traffic stop for no front license plate and failure to wear a seat belt at 1:21 p.m. at Pearl and Ellen streets.

Jorge Luis Garzon Lara,

28, Richfield, Minn., was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 7:37 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Thursday, Nov. 18 Joseph Lawrence Lapinsky, 73, River Falls, was cited for vehicle operator fail/wear seat belt and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 1:26 p.m. in the 1000 block of Campbell Street for expired registration, no seat belt and equipment violations.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 2:53 p.m. at 1120 US Highway 10. Police didn’t locate the vehicle.

A theft was reported at 3:48 p.m. at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

Alysha Marie Fredline,

26, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:42 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Katherine Marie Jameson, 19, Cloquet, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:23 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Alexandrea Lea Eldridge, 20, Prescott, was cited for operator violate red traffic light after a traffic stop at 9:32 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Friday, Nov. 19

Suspicious activity was reported at 6:55 a.m. at 492 Northern Lights Drive.

A 17-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:44 a.m. at Dexter Street and Glenridge Drive.

Marcus James Potts, 21, Maiden Rock, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:44 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Saturday, Nov. 20

Police responded at 3:58 a.m. to 725 Shane Park Circle for a domestic incident.

Melody Ann Lampman,

58, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:42 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Sunday, Nov. 21 Jacob Joseph Jessen, 43, Prescott, was cited for operating while revoked after a traffic stop at 6:14 p.m. in the 1000 block of Orrin Road.

Talaya Mariya Gibson,

28, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:50 p.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Pedro Delgado Hernandez, 22, West St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:43 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.
