PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Oct. 25-31.

Monday, Oct. 25

Police responded at 12:53 a.m. to 827 Lake St. for a possible break-in. No signs of a break-in were found.

Andy Kenneth Paguay-Cabezas,

20, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 1:11 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Jose Josafat Uriostegui Torres, 26, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited for operating without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 6:58 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

A fraud report was filed at 8:33 a.m. at 201 Broad St.

A theft was reported at 3:10 p.m. at 740 Shane Park Circle.

At 3:58 p.m., police responded to 236 Broad St. to perform a welfare check on a confused individual. Police then contacted St. Paul police about a missing person identifier. St. Paul police transported the man and his vehicle back to St. Paul.

Tuesday, Oct. 26 Michael Thomas Stumm,

30, Fridley, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:54 a.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

Police took a theft report at 3:05 p.m. at 302 Lake St.

Michael Francis Provost,

39, Prescott, was cited for operating while suspended and vehicle operator fail/wear seat belt after a traffic stop at 3:06 p.m. at 114 Broad St.

Officers responded to a twovehicle crash at 6:58 p.m. in the Carbone’s parking lot.

At 7:52 p.m., an officer responded to 216 N. Flora St. for a vandalism complaint.

Wednesday, Oct. 27 Edward James Furney, 40, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:56 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

Erin Michalene Dimond,

43, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:11 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Micha Allen Hartman-Booth,

22, Elmwood, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:12 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Megan Marie Mahoney,

35, Hager City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:23 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Rachel E. Meyer, 36, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:40 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

A 16-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:46 a.m. at Highway 10 and Hilton Street.

Justin Joseph Forney, 42, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:02 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

Kayley Marlene Camerer,

22, Ellendale, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:05 a.m. at 241 Broad St.

Lindsey Rose Owens, 26, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:16 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

Brockton William Neubauer, 24, Hudson, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:22 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Zane Gregory Heinselman, 29, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:33 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Timothy Lee Tureson, 43, Cushing, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:41 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

Abbey Elizabeth Rose Wing, 36, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:57 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Dulcey Andrea Magnuson,

36, Elmwood, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:36 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

Lisa Ann Heutmaker, 51, Glenwood City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:38 a.m. at Cherry Street and Highway 10.

Kevin Carl Jacobsen, 42, Tempe, Ariz., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:05 a.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Samantha Jo Harden, 29, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:09 a.m. at 307 Lake St.

At 12:34 p.m., police received a vandalism complaint at 209 N. Flora St.

Thursday, Oct. 28

A 16-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for fail/stop for unloading school bus after a traffic complaint at 5:52 a.m. at Jewell and Dexter streets.

Police received a vandalism complaint at 8:31 a.m. at 807 College St.

Officers received a suspicious person complaint at 9:51 a.m. at 1444 Glenridge Drive. No one was located.

At 4:39 p.m., police received a natural gas theft complaint at 201 N. Flora St.

Friday, Oct. 29 Fajteeh Yang, 29, Brooklyn Center, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:20 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

A 16-year-old juvenile was cited for fail/stop for unloading school bus after a traffic complaint at 3:23 p.m. at Lake Street and Highway 10.

A 16-year-old Red Wing, Minn. juvenile was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 8:44 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.

Saturday, Oct. 30 Aaron Ryan Glynn, 32, Prescott, was arrested for a bond violation at 2:30 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Brittany Faithe Klindt, 31, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:12 a.m. at Wacota and Jefferson streets.

Benjamin Andrew Brown,

64, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:42 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Gabriel Patrick Brunotte,

20, Prescott, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 9:52 p.m. at Jefferson and Wacota streets.

Lucas Dominic Nguyen Knutson, 22, Lino Lakes, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 10:43 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Kandis Marie Weiand, 35, Prescott, was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop (third within three years) at 11:05 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and North Court streets.

Daydor Felix Philips, 19, Blaine, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 11:56 p.m. at Kinnickinnic and Broad streets.

Sunday, Oct. 31

Officers responded at 1:41 a.m. to Broad and Orange streets for a disorderly person.

At 2:11 a.m., a disorderly 23-year-old man from Stillwater, Minn., who was at 117 Broad St. was released into the care of a sober person.

Guadalupe Rosales, 23, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:04 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Jennifer Kesha Pouyo, 18, Brooklyn Center, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:52 p.m. at Broad Street and Highway 10.

Matthew Ryan Frahm, 33, Dodge, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:52 p.m. at Jefferson and Dexter streets.
