PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Oct. 10-17.

Sunday, Oct. 10

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:19 a.m. Hope and Pine streets. The driver, identified as Mark David Severson, 49, Burnsville, Minn., was cited for possession of THC.

Monday, Oct. 11 Mark Arthur Larsen, 64, Mankato, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:10 a.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

Tuesday, Oct. 12 Emanuela Morales-Gonzalez, 19, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for possess drug paraphernalia at 12:08 p.m. at Ptacek’s (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 3:47 p.m. at 206 N. Locust St.

At 7:50 p.m., suspicious juveniles were reported at Borner and Walnut streets. Police did not locate them.

Wednesday, Oct. 13

A 17-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:20 p.m. at Ash and Chestnut streets.

A 17-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:29 p.m. at Chestnut and Walnut streets. At 8:38 p.m., an intoxicated person was released to the care of a sober person at 302 Lake St.

Thursday, Oct. 14

A 17-year-old River Falls juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:28 a.m. at Tower Heights Court and Walnut Street.

A 17-year-old Prescott juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:54 a.m. at Tower Heights Court and Walnut Street.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:53 p.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Friday, Oct. 15

Vandalism/criminal damage to property was reported at 5:46 p.m. at 1245 Canton St.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 7:24 p.m. at North Acres Road and Highway 29.

Zhouyang Yu, 21, Joliet, Ill., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Suspicious activity was reported at 11:53 p.m. at 1414 Glenridge Drive.

Saturday, Oct. 16

A suspicious vehicle/person was reported at 1:35 a.m. at 805 Lake St.

Police gave a group of intoxicated people a ride home at 4:33 a.m. to 451 South St.

Jonathan Louis Zaugg, 37, Shoreview, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:26 a.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

At 12:34 p.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported at 236 Broad St. The vehicle went into Minnesota.

Herbert Julian Evans, 57, Minneapolis, was cited for a boat launch fee violation at 7:25 p.m.

Justin Paul Haney, 19, Stillwater, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:28 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Sunday, Oct. 17

A suspicious, unoccupied vehicle was reported at 8:02 a.m. at Cherry and Dakota streets.

Daniel Robert Navrestad,

39, Galesville, was cited for a parking violation at 9:36 a.m. at Front and Ash streets.

Officers responded at 4:04 p.m. to 505 N. Campbell St. for a disorderly person.

Morgan Rae Bashel, 19, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:56 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Matthew Thomas Van-Beusekom,

41, Delano, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:20 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.
