PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Sept. 12-19.

Sunday, Sept. 12 Tashawna M. Childress,

20, Memphis, Tenn., was cited for speeding on city highway, possession of THC and operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at 1:33 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Monday, Sept. 13 Alexandrea Elizabeth Mortenson, 23, Blaine, Minn., was cited for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at 12:37 a.m. at 236 Broad St.

Police took a vandalism report at 11:42 a.m. at 585 Northern Lights Drive.

At 5 p.m., officers were called to Subway (306 Lake St.) where a disorderly person made inappropriate comments to staff.

Douglas Scott Dumas, 67, Minneapolis, was cited for operating without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 6:01 p.m. at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

Sonyia Marie Placencia,

28, Prescott, was arrested for a warrant and operate without a valid license – third after a traffic stop at 8:29 p.m. at 236 Broad St.

At 8:49 p.m., a caller reported suspicious activity at 837 River Terrace St.

Michael David Baker, 41, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:31 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Tuesday, Sept. 14 James Wayne Minder, 73, Hastings, Minn., was cited for passing in no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 10:14 a.m. at highways 10 and 29.

Jose Luis Vasquez Murcia,

20, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 8:54 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Wednesday, Sept. 15 Natasha Marie Ritter, 36, Prescott, was cited for possession of THC after police responded at 8:50 a.m. to 921 Pearl St. for a welfare check.

Samuel James Robinson,

35, Hastings, Minn., was cited for two counts of theft at 2:59 p.m. at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive).

Thursday, Sept. 16 Delaney Mairin Edison,

27, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 7:12 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

Friday, Sept. 17 Keeneh Zaire Swannigan,

31, Plymouth, Minn., was arrested on a warrant at 12:59 a.m. after police performed a welfare check at 117 Broad St.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:46 a.m. at 408 Lake St.

Michael Thomas Fleming,

18, River Falls, was arrested for disorderly conduct and cited for minor transporting intoxicants in motor vehicle, keep open intoxicants in motor vehicle and disorderly conduct after police were called at 2:22 p.m. to the area of Cedar Lane and Monroe Street for a person with a gun.

Bentley Daryl Alexander Allen, 30, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:57 p.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Roxanne Lea Rawson, 55, Henderson, Nev., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:03 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Asher Solomon Parr-Besemer, 29, St. Louis Park, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:04 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Saturday, Sept. 18 Cody Earl Hekrdle, 21, West St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:41 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

John Tyler Greening, 26, New Richmond, and Kenneth Leroy Fritz, 63, Hammond, were cited for parking violations at 9:58 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

David James Sanderson,

52, Lakeville, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:37 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Clint Robert Spieler, 45, Sturgeon Lake, Minn.;

Howard Charles Bazinet, 54, Shakopee, Minn.; and Joseph Patrick Wagner, 62, Mound, Minn., were cited for parking violations (fire hydrant) at 11:03 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Derrick Earl McAlister,

55, Shakopee, Minn.; Marisela Hautman, 48, Burnsville, Minn.; Norma Leticia Hernandez, 48, Shakopee, Minn.; and Victor Albin Anderson, 46, Osceola, were cited for parking violations at 11:10 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Alexis Taylor Larson, 26, Forest Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:40 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Jesse Dean Miller, 51, Maple Lake, Minn., was cited for parking (fire hydrant) violation at 12:50 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Bradley Jay Buechele, 58, New Hope, Minn.; Norine Kay Henke, 63, Backus, Minn.; and Randy Ervin Henke, 66, Backus, Minn., were cited for parking violations at 12:56 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Jeffrey Michael Schwartz,

30, Oakdale, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:39 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

At 11:04 p.m., police responded to 117 Broad St. for a fight in progress. Daniel Joseph Perry, 35, St. Paul, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and felony bail jumping. Robert Donald Wind, 42, St. Paul, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and resisting/obstructing an officer.

Sunday, Sept. 19 Chris Lawrence Rossley,

66, West St. Paul, Minn., was cited for disorderly conduct at 6:22 p.m. at 117 Broad St.
