PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to the Prescott Police Department Aug. 30 through Sept. 12.

Monday, Aug. 30 Hassan Ismail Abdi, 23, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:27 a.m. at 570th Avenue/ Highway 35.

A carbon monoxide alarm sounded on a boat at 11:06 a.m. at the marina (101 Front St.)

Hernan Tene Tene, 33, Hammond, was cited for improper left turn, operate without valid license and operating motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 5:20 p.m. at Highway 10/Dexter Street.

A dog bite was reported at 7:07 p.m. at 671 Dexter St. S.

At 7:27 p.m., officers responded to a burglary report at 180 Broad St.

Suspicious activity was reported at 9:36 p.m. at Philander’s Grill & Bar (1000 Highway 10).

Tuesday, Aug. 31 Zosh Aurora Tanner, 18, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:15 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Rachel Nichole Horne, 41, Prescott, was cited for OWI and operating while revoked after a traffic stop at 5:15 p.m. at 1003 Campbell St.

Mark Robert Loesel, 59, Galesville, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:43 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Highway 35.

Wednesday, Sept. 1 Margaret Mary O’Hara-Thomas,

68, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:23 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 10:20 a.m., an officer removed a lost cat from the building at 575 Monroe St.

Thursday, Sept. 2 Tanner Michael Dallman, 18, Prescott, was cited for possession of THC after a traffic stop at 3:28 p.m. at Highway 29 and Eagle Ridge Drive.

Friday, Sept. 3 Danica Daisy Howes, 27, Port Townsend, Wash., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:23 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Ying Ju Wang, 31, Prescott, was cited for speeding and operate without a valid license after a traffic stop at 10:20 a.m. at Highway 10 and Broad Street.

Ruben Antonio Coliman, 32, Monticello, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:01 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Charles Joseph Snargrass, 46, Waxahachie, Texas, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:45 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Hale John Allison, 52, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:12 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 7:43 p.m., officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 900 Kasson Drive.

Amanda Rae Stienkeoway, 27, Apple Valley, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:20 p.m. at 302 Lake St.

Cindy Sue Roegge, 46, Rogers, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:30 p.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Quintin Lee Webb, 26, La Crosse, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:58 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Saturday, Sept. 4

Officers responded at 2:35 a.m. to a suspicious activity complaint at 236 Broad St.

Police took a theft complaint at 6:27 a.m. at 625 Kinnickinnic St.

Rachel May Baum, 48, Farmington, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 7:35 a.m. at Borner and St. Croix streets.

At 8:35 p.m., police investigated a suspicious activity complaint at 445 N. Court St.

At 10:46 p.m., police warned 12 people for being on the beach after hours at 805 Lake St.

Tanner Curtis Iverson, 21, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding and possession of THC after a traffic stop at 11:18 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

At 11:36 p.m., police warned a group of people at the beach at 805 Lake St. They left immediately.

At 11:53 p.m., police observed a man carrying a stool near 241 Broad St.

Sunday, Sept. 5 Jesse Randal Gunderson, 41, Redding, Calif., was cited for open container off licensed premises at 9:40 a.m. at the lift bridge.

Leanna Nicole Prokop, 32, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

Monday, Sept. 6 Lukas McKane McCormick, 21, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was cited for public urination/defecation at 8:41 a.m. at Front and Orange streets.

Payton Elizabeth Maas, 19, Rochester, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:23 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Mathew Laurance Van Haren,

55, Mazomanie, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:41 a.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Randy Todd Feld, 59, Eagan, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:40 p.m. at Canton Street and Highway 10.

Cordriq Devon Willis Wicks, 23, Brooklyn Center, Minn., was cited for speeding and passing in no-passing zone after a traffic stop at 2:50 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

Hannah Lee Rowland, 21, Rochester, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:04 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

James Peter Davig, 58, Red Wing, Minn., was cited and arrested for OWI and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) after a driving complaint at 7:53 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 7 Paul Scott Hughes, 42, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:47 a.m. at Elm and Kinnickinnic streets.

Officers responded at 8:02 a.m. to 319 Locust St. N. where a man was burning prohibited items.

Michael Leonard Brinkman, 52, Somerset, was cited for a traffic violation after a traffic stop at 12:34 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 4:17 p.m. at Ptacek’s IGA (1005 Eagle Ridge Drive) between

Beau Clayton Benson, River Falls, and Joseph Marvin Wang, Prescott.

At 7:09 p.m., a police officer warned people at 316 N. Locust St. that they cannot dumpster dive in a private dumpster.

Bradley Andrew Hanson, 46, Trempealeau, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street.

Wednesday, Sept. 8 Keith David Fischer, 57, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:56 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Suspicious activity was reported at 1:14 p.m. at 1041 Orrin Road. Nothing was located.

Darcy Lynn Fuchs, 60, Prescott, was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 4:55 p.m. at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

Deandre Laval Ward, 36, River Falls, was cited for improper left turn, operating while revoked and tampering with ignition interlock device/failure to install after a traffic stop at 10:53 p.m. at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

Thursday, Sept. 9 Kurt Lynn Hansberry, 64, Alexandria, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 8:34 p.m. at Highway 35 and 570th Avenue.

Friday, Sept. 10 Jonathan Michael Slanga, 34, Milwaukee, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:28 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Thomas Warren Domagala, 61, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 1:09 p.m. at Highway 10 and Eagle Ridge Drive.

Robert Purzitza, 58, Hastings, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 1:09 p.m. at Highway 10 and Eagle Ridge Drive.

Irine Hania Katras, 45, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 6:33 p.m. at Highway 10 and Broad Street.

At 8:51 p.m., officers responded to Kinnickinnic and Second streets where people were crawling under and over a stopped train.

Christopher Richard Niedfeldt,

28, Hudson, was cited for public urination/ defecation at 9:01 p.m. in the 100 block of Front Street.

Raymond Palmer Borg, 29, St. Paul Park, Minn., was cited for disorderly conduct at 9:33 p.m. in the 100 block of Front Street.

Hunter Eric Campbell, 19, Rosemount, Minn., was cited for speeding on city service road after a traffic stop at 11:55 p.m. at 570thAvenue and Jefferson Street.

Saturday, Sept. 11

Officers responded at 2:09 a.m. to 117 Broad St. (Two Rivers) for a fight in progress.

Royce Alan Hoeper, 22, Glenwood, Minn., was cited for public urination/ defecation at 2:14 a.m. in the 100 block of Broad Street.

Officers gave an intoxicated person a ride home at 2:33 a.m. from Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Desiree Hernandez, 36, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 12:15 p.m. at 394 S. Gibbs St.

Desiree Hernandez, 36, Prescott, was cited for operating while revoked and inattentive driving after a two-vehicle crash at 3:25 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Derek Scott Morcomb, 28, New Brighton, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 8:23 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Daniel Anthoney Maher, 58, St. Paul, was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 9:24 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Sunday, Sept. 12 Eric David Cruz Mejia, 30, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 2:37 a.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Kathleen Chamberlin, 56, Prescott, was cited for operate motor vehicle without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 5:14 p.m. at Ptacek’s IGA.

Brandon Lee Hall, 32, Hastings, Minn., was cited for unlawful U/Y turn – midblock and operate without a valid license after a traffic stop at 10:03 p.m. at Highway 10 and Broad Street.
