PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 23-29.

Monday, Aug. 23 Travis William McKenney, 21, Red Lodge, Mont., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:05 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets. He was also warned for not having plates.

At 2:13 p.m., police received a trespassing complaint at 1020 Highway 10. One person was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

At 6:54 p.m., officers performed a welfare check on someone sleeping in their vehicle at 1175 Jefferson St.

Benjamin Patrick Pemrick, 24, Circle Pines, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:14 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Justin Franklin McGee,

37, White Bear Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:52 p.m. at 1175 Jefferson St.

Leif Gregor Nelson, 22, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:58 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Cassandra Mae Berczyk,

39, Saint Francis, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:36 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 10:28 p.m., officers received a driving complaint in the 100 block of North Vine Street. The suspect was not located.

At 11:07 p.m., police warned a group of people for being at the beach at 805 Lake St. after hours.

Tuesday, Aug. 24 Mario Hernan Poalacin Quishpe, 24, Minneapolis, was cited for operate without valid license and two counts of violation of child safety restraint requirements – child under 8 years of age, during a traffic stop for a driving complaint at 5:58 p.m. at Broad Street and Highway 10.

Paul David Mulcahy, 53, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:34 p.m. in the 200 block of Broad Street.

Lori Ann Benolken, 50, Woodbury, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:50 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Errin Elizabeth Lenz, 43, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at 10:23 p.m. at Dakota and Lake streets.

Chayce Allen Graf, 19, Menomonie, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:19 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

John Robert Patton, 30, Blaine, Minn., was cited for operating without a valid license and speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 11:54 p.m. at 570thAvenue and Jefferson Street. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant and taken to Pierce County Jail.

Wednesday, Aug. 25

At 12:21 p.m., police were called to 961 Jefferson St. for a domestic incident.

At 3:07 p.m., suspicious activity was reported at 340 Dakota St. N. No one was located.

Suspicious activity was reported at 9:46 p.m. at 1005 Eagle Ridge Drive. The vehicle was gone by the time police arrived.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:58 p.m. at 505 N. Campbell St.

Thursday, Aug. 26 Armoni Lavon Holmes,

19, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding and operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at 1:21 a.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

At 3:55 p.m., police were called to 238 Cherry St. for a dispute over an appraisal. The parties were informed it’s a civil matter.

Friday, Aug. 27

Police received a theft complaint at 10:09 a.m. at 150 Front St.

John Martin Pokrzywinski, 55, Duluth, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 5:29 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street.

Christopher Neil Schilling,

62, Prescott, was cited for stop sign and driver’s license violations after a traffic stop at 6:46 p.m. at Canton and St. Croix streets.

Lyle Dean Orr, 51, Davenport, Fla., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:51 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street. Suspicious activity was reported at 8:42 p.m. at 1030 Lake St.

Vincent Brady Calistro,

28, Maple Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:13 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Saturday, Aug. 28

At 10:53 a.m., police received a stolen license plate report at 334 N. Elm St.

Brian Jerome Linnell, Jr.,

28, River Falls, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:34 p.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10.

At 3:32 p.m., police received an animal complaint at 1414 Glenridge Drive. A bat was relocated to a safer location.

Sunday, Aug. 29

Officers responded to a fight in progress at 12:34 a.m. at 117 Broad St.

Ben Wei Mei, 29, Andover, Minn., was cited for a traffic violation after being stopped at 8:01 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 8:52 a.m., officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at 900 Kasson Drive.

Matthew David Edblom,

37, North St. Paul, Minn., was cited for a traffic violation after being stopped at 10:03 a.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

James Scott Gallas, 25, Isanti, Minn., was cited for a traffic violation after being stopped at 11:42 a.m. at Canton Street and Orrin Road.

Christine Gear Dean, 51, Hopkins, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:43 p.m. at Highway 10 and Broad Street.
