PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 16-22.

Monday, Aug. 16 Trenton Scott Hamel, 23, Davenport, Iowa, was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 12:03 a.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street.

At 12:47 p.m., an abandoned vehicle was reported at 408 Lake St.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:04 p.m. at 328 N. Locust St.

Police spoke with an individual about a harassment complaint at 7:16 p.m. at Gibbs and Orange streets. The person said it wouldn’t happen again.

Corey Michael O’Hanlon, 44, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:24 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Tuesday, Aug. 17 Juan F. Pacheco, 57, St. Paul, was cited for operate without valid license and cracked/damaged vehicle windshield after a traffic stop at 1:48 p.m. at Highway 10 and Pearl Street.

David Acosta Arroyo, 43, Cottage Grove, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway at 8:03 p.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

A suspicious person was reported at 11:43 p.m. at 170 Broad St.

Wednesday, Aug. 18 Mark Collin Prinsen, 62, Lakeville, Minn., was cited for parking a motorcycle in a no parking zone at 10:01 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Hans Thomas Larson,

40, Bay City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Nicholuas Matthew O’Niel, 30, Burton, Mich., was cited for possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 9:14 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets. Lebronze James Kreider, 26, Flint, Mich., was also cited for possession of THC.

Thursday, Aug. 19 Wyatt Benjamin Hines,

20, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:15 a.m. at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

Brian Joseph Kelley, 61, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:25 a.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

Caitlin Michelle Berry,

31, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:25 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 10:17 p.m. at 1377 Orrin Road.

Friday, Aug. 20

A disorderly person was escorted out of the bar at 12:07 a.m. at 117 Broad St.

A juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:40 a.m. at Lake and Oak streets.

Isabel Anne Karbo, 24, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a traffic violation after a traffic stop at 4:48 p.m. at Albert and Linn streets.

Evan Marshall Poitra,

26, Eagan, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:02 p.m. at Highway 35 and Dexter Street.

Yacouba Sanoh, 29, Plymouth, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:01 p.m. at Cherry and Young streets.

Braxton Lane Waller, 28, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:08 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street.

Emily Maria Flick, 29, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:41 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

A suspicious person was reported at 10:05 p.m. at 475 Dakota St. S. The person was waiting for friends to return home.

Saturday, Aug. 21

Suspicious activity was reported at 5:36 p.m. at 445 N. Court St.

A juvenile was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:11 p.m. at Dakota and Kinnickinnic streets.

Daniel Gilbert Smits, 34, Minneapolis, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:25 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Sunday, Aug. 22 Grethe June Mortenson,

42, Andover, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 4:48 p.m. at Highway 10 and Broad Street.

Police responded to a disturbance at 8:10 p.m. at 753 Helen St. The parties agreed to separate for the evening.

Suspicious activity was reported at 10:29 p.m. at 272 S. Locust St. Nothing was located.

Jeremy Chunyuan Lee,

26, Brooklyn, N.Y., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:51 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
