PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 9-15.

Aug. 9

At 7:36 a.m., a sign was found on the ground at the public beach (805 Lake St.) It’s unknown if the damage was intentional.

Timothy Allen Seifert, 43, Milwaukee, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:35 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Derek Robert Smith, 32, New Richmond, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:36 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 4:01 p.m, officers assisted Pierce County Public Health with condemning a residence at 800 Canton St.

Christopher Neil Schilling, 62, Prescott, was cited for operating while suspended after a traffic stop at 5:25 p.m. at Canton and Hilton streets.

Vandalism was reported at 5:25 p.m. at 728 Kinnickinnic St.

At 9:36 p.m., a complainant found drugs and drug paraphernalia at 805 Lake St. It was taken and destroyed.

Angela M. Hudson, 37, Ellsworth, was cited for operating while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 10:01 p.m. at 302 Lake St.

Aug. 10 Julie Marie Fitzgerald,

30, Blaine, Minn., was cited for operating without a valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 12:29 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 4:28 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle crash with property damage between Brian Gene Hennessey, Prescott, and Thomas Benjamin Rohl, River Falls, at highways 10 and 29. Hennessey, 61, was cited for improper turn into driveway/private road.

At 10:43 p.m., suspicious activity was reported at 1369 Walnut St. No one was located.

Aug. 11 Jason Timothy Maser, 23, River Falls, was cited for improper left turn after a traffic stop at 1:39 a.m. at Dexter Street and Highway 10.

Spencer Charles Ryan,

28, Farmington, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 2:41 a.m. at Cherry and Gibbs streets.

Hassan Abdullahi Ahmed, 31, Burnsville, Minn., of RR Transport Inc. of Lake Park Minn., and CRS LLC, of Kinglsey, Iowa, was cited for a parking violation at 7:33 a.m. at Dexter Street North and Ryden Road.

At 12:06 p.m., police received a complaint of kids running through an apartment building and knocking on doors at 475 Walter St. They were not located.

Lance Samuel Lynard,

37, South St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding and operate without a valid license after a traffic stop at 2:48 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Two people were warned for trespassing at 5:16 p.m. at 445 N. Court St.

Anthony Jon Kuehni, 49, Ellsworth, was cited for operating without proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 1000 Eagle Ridge Drive.

Kari Susanne Olson, 22, Ettrick, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:01 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

Aug. 12 Caitlyn Elizabeth Spitzer,

19, Rushford, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:43 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Theft of medication was reported at 4:40 p.m. at 1531 James St.

Fake IDs were reported at 10:51 p.m. at 145 Broad St.

Aug. 13 Ryan Michael Hanson,

39, Prescott, was cited for an open burning violation for an unattended fire at 2:34 a.m. at 319 N. Locust St.

Hernan Vinicio Tenetene,

33, Hammond, was cited for operating while suspended, failure to obey traffic officer/ signal, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop at 8:15 a.m. at Acres Road and Highway 29.

At 9:19 a.m., a lost dog was returned to its owner at 955 Highway 10.

Ian Rumeliote, 43, Mason City, Iowa, and Rachel Elizabeth Hutcheson, 22, Mason City, Iowa, were arrested on warrants after a traffic stop at 3:27 p.m. at 1435 N. Acres Road.

Aug. 14 Kimberly Sulia Torres,

23, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:51 a.m. at Jefferson and Monroe streets.

At 3:04 a.m., police received a report of a man looking into bar windows at 117 Broad St. He was not found.

Jeremy Robert Schmidt,

28, Vancouver, Wash., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:53 a.m. at 307 Lake St.

Connor Charles Byrd, 18, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:34 a.m. at 307 Lake St.

Kenneth Louis Van Straten, 69, Green Bay, was cited for a parking violation at 12:33 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Colt Gregory Ekblad, 33, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

At 2:28 p.m., police received a complaint of people blocking parking stalls and stopping traffic for friends to park in certain stalls at 127 Broad St.

Aug. 15

An unwanted person was reported at 3:11 p.m. at 216 Broad St. The person left.

Akila Helena Lucille Childs, 32, Hager City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:31 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.
