PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department Aug. 1-8.

Aug. 1.

Brandon James Bleyle, 28, Hastings, Minn., was cited for operating without a valid driver’s license, operating motor vehicle without insurance, non-registration of vehicle, bike rules – ride/play vehicles on roadway, fail to signal turn, and fail/signal stop/slowing after an off-road mini bike traffic stop at 8:12 a.m. at Cherry and Dakota streets.

Aug. 2 Rodney Joseph Doublin,

34, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation at 10:54 a.m. at Front/Ash streets.

At 7:27 p.m., a complainant reported a beaver “not acting normally” at 451 Second St.

Richard E. Wasmuth, 70, La Crosse, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:40 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Aug. 3

At 2:11 a.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported at 1000 Highway 10. When police found the vehicle, it was parked at the motel unoccupied.

Todd Arthur Simon, 58, Prescott, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 3:44 a.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

At 8:02 a.m., suspicious activity was reported at 1333 Canton St. Contact was made with a person.

At 11:21 a.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported at 113 N. Flora St. The vehicle belonged to a neighbor.

Gary Michael Holmgren,

71, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 12:50 p.m. at Front/Ash streets.

John Christian Borup, 45, Lakeville, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 12:50 p.m. at Front/Ash streets.

Elaina Kopilenko Perleberg, 52, Frontenac, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:22 p.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Elliot Robert Gunderson,

32, West St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:32 p.m. at Highway 35 and 570th Avenue.

People were warned to stay out of the building at 7:04 p.m. at 445 N. Court St.

Aug. 4 Alexander Richard Proefrock, 36, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation at 3:46 a.m. at 615 Orrin Road.

At 10:45 a.m., police received a complaint about barking dogs at 1504 River Terrace St.

Jeffrey B. Kiedrowski, 71, Arcadia, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:04 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

At 3:32 p.m., alleged animal abuse was reported at 1000 Canton St.

At 4:46 p.m., burglary from two storage units was reported at 1391 Canton St.

Timothy Allen Warren, 46, Bay City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 6:04 p.m. at Highway 35 and Dexter Street.

At 8:26 p.m., an anonymous caller reported they knew who took a rope at 127 Orange St. The owner wanted nothing done.

Aug. 5 Muhammad Asaad Loutfi,

30, Goodview, Minn., was cited for operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 12:47 a.m. at Highway 35 and Dexter Street.

Demarcus Deangelo Johnson, 26, St. Paul, was cited for possession of THC, operate without valid license and speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 2:28 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

At 12:08 p.m., multiple vehicles were lined up on Highway 10 waiting to get through the Dairy Queen drive-thru line. The vehicles were asked to move into the parking lot.

Suspicious activity was reported at 7:39 p.m. at 630 Orange St.

Pedro Martinez Arguijo,

24, Houston, Texas, was cited for operate without valid license, operating left of center line and improper left turn after a traffic stop at 8:40 p.m. at Highway 10 and Eagle Ridge Drive.

Tatiana Capri Reyes, 21, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:16 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

Zadarious Dequawn Clark, 33, St. Paul, was cited for possession of THC, speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 10:47 p.m. at 570th Avenue/Jefferson Street.

Aug. 6

People were cited for fishing from the courtesy dock at 2:51 a.m.

At 7:56 a.m., police assisted Pierce County Public Health at 800 Canton St.

An animal complaint was made at 9:32 a.m. at 331 N. Court St.

Frank Eugene Niedermyer, 79, Spring Valley, was cited for a traffic violation after a traffic stop at 1:41 p.m. at highways 10 and 29.

Joshua Eugene Beeler, 36, Prescott, was cited for a golf cart violation at 3:20 p.m. at 228 N. Elm St.

Benjamin Robert Church,

20, Woodbury, Minn., was cited during a traffic stop at 8:12 p.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

At 8:45 p.m., police received an animal complaint at 117 Broad St.

Eh Sher Tea, 30, Roseville, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:36 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Lazaro Isaac James Snyder, 29, Morristown, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:37 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 11:45 p.m. at 651 Dexter St. S.

Ellana Sue Lamoureux, 30, Hastings, Minn., was cited for speeding and arrested for OWI – first after a traffic stop at 11:59 p.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Aug. 7

Suspicious activity was reported at 1:04 a.m. at 804 College St.

Cameron Aubrey Kirby,

23, Apple Valley, Minn., was cited for disorderly conduct at 1:13 a.m. at 117 Broad St.

Joseph Alois Schlosser, 54, Minneapolis, was cited for a parking violation at 1:29 p.m. at Front and Ash streets.

Mitchell Lee Whipple, 31, Hastings, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 1:30 p.m. at Front and Ash streets.

Michael Audilio Campos,

43, St. Paul Park, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:11 p.m. at Dexter and Jefferson streets.

Ronald Cecil Clevenger,

77, West St. Paul, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:22 p.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Suspicious activity was reported at 11:34 p.m. at 722 Shane Park Circle. Nothing was found.

Aug. 8 Oscar Phillip Curtis, 46, Prior Lake, Minn., was cited for speeding and possession of THC and arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop at 1:05 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

William Julius Marquardt, 48, St. Paul, was cited for a parking violation at 8:34 a.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Rodney Joseph Doublen,

35, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation at 9:05 p.m. at Front and Ash streets.

Donald Alan Serres, 31, New River, Ariz., was cited after a traffic stop at 10:17 a.m. at Jefferson and Warren streets.

At 10:41 a.m., vandalism was reported at 200 Monroe St.

At 2:06 p.m., vandalism was reported at the railroad bridge.

Jennifer Johnson Chase,

52, Columbia Heights, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 2:59 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Chelsea Marie Zimmerman, 32, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation at 3:07 p.m. at Front and Ash streets.

Christopher Mark Herzog, 52, Owatonna, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 3:18 p.m. at Front and Ash streets.

David Eugene Kenney, 57, Shakopee, Minn., was cited for a parking violation at 3:28 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.

Jasmin Rae Christopherson, 22, Winona, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 9:48 p.m. at Highway 35 and 570th Avenue.

Juan Carlos Perez, 58, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 10:01 p.m. at 570thAvenue and Jefferson Street.
