PRESCOTT Police Department Reports

The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department July 19-25.

July 19 Kathryn Ann Zeverino, 65, Prescott, was issued a written warning for an out headlight after a traffic stop at 12:44 a.m. at Broad and Cherry streets.

Daniel Alyn Thurber, 38, Prescott, was cited for operating while suspended and operating without required lamps lighted (registration light) after a traffic stop at 1:01 a.m. at 1000 Highway 10.

At 12:33 p.m., an officer noticed a missing speed sign at 1110th Street and Highway 10. Information was passed onto the township.

Rodney Joseph Doublin,

34, Prescott, was cited for a parking violation at 12:45 p.m. at Front and Ash streets. A 48hour notice was also placed.

July 20

At 9:54 a.m., criminal damage to property was reported at 836 Riverwood St. Someone attempted to break into a toy hauler camper.

Peter James Ironside, 26, Prescott, was cited for unlawful U/Y-turn – highway midblock after a traffic stop at 10:39 a.m. at Dexter and Pine streets.

A crash with property damage took place between Frederick Robert Magee, Prescott, and a 16-year-old driver at 3:30 p.m. at 302 Lake St. The juvenile was cited for fail/yield while making left turn.

At 3:33 p.m., a disorderly person had to be removed from City Hall (800 Borner St.)

Linda Joan Sitting Dog,

32, Prescott, was cited for operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance and operating without valid license (second) after a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m. at 636 Hilton St.

An unknown person was seen trespassing on a security camera at 10:39 p.m. at 928 Lake St.

July 21

Suspicious activity was reported at 12:29 a.m. at 800 Canton St.

John Paul Lubich, 31, Prescott, was arrested on a felony warrant at 7:48 a.m. at 803 Kinnickinnic St.

Jonathon Michael Fisher,

23, Eden Prairie, Minn., was cited for a traffic violation after a traffic stop at 1:57 p.m. at Broad and Kinnickinnic streets.

Stephanee Jean Ward, 29, Prescott, was arrested for operating while revoked and vehicle operator flee/elude officer after a pursuit at 11:26 p.m. at 570th Avenue and Jefferson Street.

July 22

At 9:29 a.m., someone at 904 Pine St. reported a wounded bird. It flew away before police arrived.

Tanner Mitchell Marko,

26, Eagan, Minn., was cited for an equipment violation after a motorcycle traffic stop at 10:04 a.m. at Elm and Walnut streets.

At 8:53 p.m., a complainant reported a burglary in progress at 800 Canton St. Someone was removing property from a trailer with the consent of the trailer’s owner.

July 23

A burglary was reported at 1 a.m. at 800 Canton St.

Suspicious activity was reported at 7:02 p.m. at 475 Walter St.

Rigoberto Torres Chino Mead, 26, Hager City, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 8:01 p.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.

Suspicious activity was reported at 8:44 p.m. at 729 Pine St.

Jessica Joy Blunt, 38, Bloomington, Minn., was arrested for OWI-third and cited for several violations after a traffic stop for an equipment violation at 8:48 p.m. at Young and Kinnickinnic streets.

Catherine Seifert, 57, River Falls, was cited for a red light violation after a traffic stop at 10:17 p.m. at 236 Broad St.

July 24 Angelo Dashawn Lijedahl,

21, St. Paul, was cited for possession of THC after officers responded to a drug complaint at 12:23 a.m. at 20 Orange St.

Jayson Allen Norby, 51, Lubbock, Texas, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 2:12 p.m. Jefferson and Monroe streets.

Officers walked through the bars on Broad Street at 9:09 p.m., at 10:37 p.m. and 11:21 p.m.

July 25

Officers gave someone a courtesy ride home at 12:29 a.m. at 281 Dakota St. S.

Eric Allen Funk, 39, Rochester, Minn., was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:07 a.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Daniel Joseph Monahan,

58, St. Paul, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 11:19 a.m. at Jefferson and Lawrence streets.

Public Works was notified of an underwater hazard at 2:09 p.m. at 805 Lake St.

A cooler theft was reported at 6:23 p.m. at Front and Ash streets.

Damien Dontay Williams,

28, Milwaukee, was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana and possess drug paraphernalia after police were called at 11:37 p.m. to 573 S. Locust St. for suspicious activity.
