PRESCOTT Police Department Reports
The following incidents were reported to Prescott Police Department June 27 through July 5.
June 27
•At 1:18 a.m., police responded to 725 Shane Park Circle for a hit-and-run accident. Police could not locate the driver; a 17-year-old juvenile was eventually cited for inattentive driving, failure to notify police of accident, and hit-andrun property adjacent to highway.
June 28
•A suspicious person/vehicle was reported at 2:15 a.m. at Hope and Albert streets. The driver was picking people up.
•At 8:19 a.m., police took a theft report at 114 Broad St.
•A possible restraining order violation was reported at 2:57 p.m. at 921 Pearl St.
•Sharde Rayshell Fane, 30, Minneapolis, was arrested for owner’s liability – flee/elude officer after a vehicle pursuit at 8:02 p.m. at Highway 10 and Broad Street.
•A fireworks complaint was made at 9:37 p.m. at Dexter and Jewell streets. No fireworks were located.
•A suspicious person was reported at 10:13 p.m. at 200 Monroe St. No one was located.
June 30
•At 9:33 a.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred at 1432 Willow Lane. No injuries were reported.
•A theft was reported at 10:34 a.m. at 1531 James St.
July 2
•Police took a fireworks complaint at 9:51 p.m. in the 1400 block of Glenridge Drive.
•Police took a fireworks complaint at 10:12 p.m. in the 500 block of Monroe Street. Unable to locate.
•At 10:22 p.m., a fireworks violation citation was issued at 954 Walnut St.
•At 10:24 p.m., a complainant reported juveniles harassing the driver of a truck at 241 Broad St.
July 3
• Allison Kaye Ramos, 32, Chicago, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 12:31 a.m. at Jefferson and Walter streets.
• Christopher Allen Christiansen, 29, Hastings, Minn., was cited for failure to obey traffic officer/signal after a traffic stop at 12:16 p.m. at 216 Broad St.
•At 4:27 p.m., a patron was cited for open intoxicants outside of an establishment at 145 Broad St.
• Weston Caleb Thompson, 21, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for speeding on city highway after a traffic stop at 8:24 p.m. at Highway 35 and 570th Avenue.
•A fireworks complaint was called in at 9:36 p.m. in the 1600 block of Jewell Street. Unable to locate.
•At 10:02 p.m., a resident was cited for a fireworks violation at 753 Helen St.
•At 10:07 p.m., a resident was cited for a fireworks violation at 879 Helen St.
•At 10:34 p.m., a fireworks complaint was lodged for River Terrace Street/Canton Road. Unable to locate.
July 4
•At 9:08 p.m., Miguel Angel Dominguez, 29, Cottage Grove, Minn., was arrested at 117 Broad St. on a warrant.
•At 9:18 p.m., police received a complaint of people playing with sparklers and snakes at Gibbs and Helen streets.
•At 9:36 p.m., a fireworks citation was issued at 210 N. Court St.
•At 9:49 p.m., a fireworks citation was issued at 394 S. Gibbs St.
•At 10:12 p.m., police received a fireworks complaint in the 700 block of Washington Street. Unable to locate.
•Police saw fireworks being lit off at 10:22 p.m. at 154 S. Vine St. A citation will be mailed.
•A 17-year-old Hudson juvenile was cited for unsafe backing of vehicle and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 11:35 p.m. at Broad and Orange streets.
July 5
•At 12:09 a.m., police received a fireworks complaint in the 800 block of River Terrace Street.
• Demetrice M. Norris, 26, Fridley, Minn., was cited for speeding and operate without valid license after a traffic stop at 1:37 a.m. at Hilton Street and Highway 10.
•At 10:40 a.m., police received reports of vehicles being egged in the 300 block of North Court Street.
•At 9:56 p.m., a fireworks citation was issued at 803 Riverwood St.
